Dinner was delicious with a good choice on the menu, and there was a really nice atmosphere in the pub, which had outside dining available too. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really lovely

The room was lovely-much better than I’d expected. The staff were very friendly. We had an evening meal and although the menu range was quite limited, I still had trouble choosing and what you are eventually served with is high quality and presented really carefully. The only blot on the copybook was that my Mum, who I was sharing with, was the first to use the toilet and on lifting the lid was greeted by a bowl full of pungent waste. Other than that this was a lovely place to locate ourselves for access to Oulton Park

Great stay albeit an overnight stop, food was great, not a big menu but was ok for us, room was immaculate and the beds were comfy ( soft side ) …. Shower was amazing !!! Staff were superb made us really welcome and nothing was too much trouble at all …. Would definitely stop again for an overnighter
