Eu cometi o equívoco de reservei quarto c/ cama solteiro, pedi upgrade para cama casal, não houve disponibilidade. A porta do quarto estava emperrando, o staff disse que poderiam nos trocar de quarto que havia disponibilidade (estranho), mas o hotel parecia estar vazio. O banheiro sujo, café da manhã bem simples.
