Very disappointing !! they cancelled my reservation while I was traveling there, and after putting a hold on my credit card. They said they called me several times, but that is a BIG lie. I would not trust on these people. Would not recommend this place to no one.

Annulation par l'hotel le matin de notre arrivée !

Le matin de notre arrivée nous avons reçu un message en réponse de ma notification d'heure d'arrivée ,nous annonçant qu'ils n'avaient pas de chambre pour nous alors que la réservation avait été faite 2 mois avant , confirmée et je les avais même joints par téléphone. C'était le week end de Paques et bien sur tout était complet .Ils ont voulu nous loger dans un appartement dans une tour : l'HORREUR alors que nous avions réservé une finca dans la nature. Ils ont finalement , devant notre grand désarroi,, trouvé une chambre en dépannage pour 1 jour dans la finca qu'ils nous ont fait payée 80 pesos supplémentaire sans geste commercial ni dedommagement Une HONTE. Attention à fuir si vous ne voulez pas gacher votre séjour à Pereira

El área de la piscina estaba muy sucia.No habían tendido una de las camas.Nos toco pedir las sábanas y tenderla nosotros.El agua caliente de la ducha se demoró más de 40 min. En salir porque no habían prendido los calentadores.

- Limpieza del hotel y la habitación fue muy buena - Muy buena ubicación del hotel, muy campestre - La piscina es excelente - Eramos 4 pero solo nos pusieron dos toallas y dos jabones pequeños, toco pedir mas toallas. - El precio que salia en la reserva no incluia el iva, así que fue un poco mas de lo que esperaba pagar - El datáfono no le funcionó a la señora y toco pagar en efectivo, así que es mejor ir preparado. - No hay agua caliente en las duchas
