Had a difficult time to get hot water in the morning in spite of confirmation during the reservation. Eventually got hot water from Anna in cafeteria who also kindly provided all of tourist attraction parking tips.The room we stayed has a beautiful tranquilent garden with s spacious balcony.

Beautiful location in the mountains and great amenities for kids in the main room. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. The bedrooms were missing basic amenities (like electric kettle), which made it inconvenient. Location is also not convenient for Sinatra main attractions.

An enjoyable stay.

This hotel is clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful, most of them speak English. The bedroom was quite spacious, the bed comfortable and very clean, as was the shower room with plenty of hot water. The room did not have a fridge or a safe. Breakfast was a buffet. There was no hot food but plenty of choice of cold cuts, cheese, cereals, bread etc. It is quiet with nice views of Sintra and the surrounding villages.

Long story short, we were enjoying our honeymoon in Portugal and accidentally book this hotel for the wrong dates. I think it wasn’t more than 5 minutes when I asked for a date change it was the week before, and they denied. I decided to keep the reservation because in the end I paid for the service but I think they could’ve done better.

Wir können das Hotel WOT Sintra leider nicht empfehlen! Das Hotel ist ziemlich abgelebt, Schimmelflecken im Bad und die Einrichtung altbacken. Dazu war das Frühstück total enttäuschend. Nur das billigste vom Billigen. Keine Eier, keine gute Auswahl an Produkten. Dazu ein Service der lieber am Handy spielt statt die Tische abzuräumen oder ausgegangene Produkt nachzufüllen. Krönung: Im Bad hängt zwar ein Schild bezüglich der Handtücher aber das Zimmermädchen hat die Handtücher täglich gewechselt obwohl sie aufgehängt waren. Das Bett wurde nicht gemacht. Wir werden sicher kein zweites mal hier einkehren! Infelizmente, não podemos recomendar o Hotel WOT Sintra! O hotel está bastante degradado, com manchas de mofo no banheiro e móveis antigos. O café da manhã também foi totalmente decepcionante. Era o mais barato dos baratos. Sem ovos, sem uma boa seleção de itens. E o pessoal da recepção preferiu ficar jogando no celular a limpar mesas ou repor itens que faltavam. Para piorar a situação: há uma placa no banheiro sobre toalhas, mas a camareira as trocava diariamente, mesmo que estivessem penduradas. A cama não estava arrumada. Certamente não voltaremos aqui! Amazing location near Sintra in the countryside

Amazing place to stay near Sintra in a quiet area, amazing garden. The hotel has a pool table, a little kids area, electric bike rental. The breakfast was very convenient. The rooms are spacious, a little bit old but very clean. We stayed with our 3 kids and we found the place very kids friendly. There is no restaurant on site but there is a grocery near the hotel and the staff can heat your meal with pleasure.
