I recommend removing the option to say you can get adjoining rooms, this isn't always the case. I booked, called 30 days in advance and explained the need for the adjoining rooms (can't request this when you make the reservation, they require you to call after) I was told room numbers had been assigned to ensure I would get them, to even call back a week ahead to verify. I called to verify and was told I was good to go. Checked in, asked again if they were adjoining, was told yes.
I unpacked several teenage girls out in front of the hotel, since you have to unload here and then go park, to get their abundant amount of stuff upstairs up find out we in fact didn't have adjoining rooms. Call downstairs, nope nothing they can do. They thought these were adjoining.
Feeling defeated and tired from this long drive to check out the outsiders house we decide to roll with it. But wait, there's more. Unload 1/2 this crazy load of stuff in room #1, head over to room #2 to find out there is no air conditioning. Let me mention it's in the 80's this weekend. Crazy hot room. Call number two downstairs, there is no maintenance on duty and won't be all weekend. We are staying Friday to Sunday. We can change the room but we will be on a different floor that the other room.
Here is the hard part at the end of the day, there is no consideration of when they know you're not getting what you paid for and obviously extremely inconvenienced several times.
They sent up a fan.
