Great room with good modern decor, certainly a step up from the standard motel offering in NZ. Also loved the additional communal kitchen if you need more than the microwave in the room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We stayed almost three weeks. If you are looking for beach views, they aren't here. We toured around the area so we saw lots of views. Very convenient area because the mall is close. Also bus service is close. I would stay here again if I had a chance.

Our studio room was supper clean and nicely renovated. The bed was a bit soft and our room alittle dark but for the price it was worth it. There was a communal kitchen and bbk area which was an added bonus. The motel is conveniently located in the center of Richmond with 2 amazing Restaurants on cite.
