Comunication from Paulina throughout was excellent espcially due to a rerouted flight to Warsaw, very helpfull with access to the appartment, appartment was in a very good position for local access, also able to leave luggage in their office untill departure time.

Communication should have been better. Property to report at and where actual stay was were in a major road works area. Noise was not too bad but access difficult. Kitchen equipment was ample but little things missing or not functioning. Plug in kitchen sink not working, bo cleaning brush for dishes and no wiping cloths to clean with - and only 1 flimsy drying cloth.

Céntrico y básico.

El apartamento estaba limpio, camas y sofás cómodas y super céntrico. El wifi no nos funcionó en casi una semana de estancia y nos quejamos varias veces. El calentador de agua le tienes que coger el truquillo. La tele sòlo era en polaco y no habìan instrucciones. Cocina poco equipada.

Posizionata sulla strada centrale, ma spoglia di qualsiasi servizio di base come asciugacapelli, sapone, e tutto quello che ti aspetti da un appartamento così costoso. Le finestre danno sul piano stradale e devono rimanere sempre chiuse perché danno sul retro dei palazzi dove ci sono scarichi dei fumi di ristoranti. Gli infissi sono di legno logori. È un furto far pagare 230€ per una notte una stanza vuota in Polonia. Quando ho chiesto di avere un asciugacapelli mi hanno risposto che non lo avevano. A quel prezzo lo avrebbero potuto comprare. Terribile supporto, terribile esperienza. Per fortuna la Polonia offre molto di meglio.

Find something else instead

The apartment is conveniently located for walks around the Old Town and is really quite. With the obligatory cleaning fee, one would expect to find it fresh and clean which was not the case upon our arrival. It was dusty, durty and all the linen were inside out. The kitchenette is very poorly equipped with very random bits and pieces. If you would like a cup of tea or a breakfast, go out - you will not be able to have it here. Water in the shower plays up - too hot or too cold, not great when you have two kids. Communication with the agent was tricky as they do not reply to messages.

Pokój z antresolą i kuchenką na trzecim pietrze bez windy, czysty ale podloga nie zachwyca, miejsce bardzo dogodne ,nie polecam rodziną, pozatym ok. Cena za sprzątanie jest ukryta i niezależna od pozostawinego porządku.

Skuffende og vildledende annonce.

Selve opholdet var som sådan ok. Skuffelsen over at lejligheden IKKE lå, som beskrevet. Og at det kun var 4 af 150 billeder, der var fra vores lejlighed. Så det med at forvente hvad man kom ned til, ikke kunne måle sig med informationerne fra bookingen var svær at sluge. Lejligheden lå 8 min gang fra der hvor vi troede vi skulle bo som var 8 min på vej væk fra centrum. Øv! Lejligheden på Piwna, var en kvist lejlighed. Lugten af våd mørtel efter renovering var gennemtrængende. Og væggene var ikke helt færdiggjorte i himsen. Det gjorde at varmen fløj ud, og kulden kom ind. Når det så er sagt, lå lejligheden faktisk tættere på tog, shopping og byens højeste kirke. Hvilket blev et plus for vores ture rundt i byen. Byen i sig selv er super hyggelig, men kunne jeg vælge om, havde vi betalt lidt mere og fundet et hotel ved vandet.

Very nice flat in the center of the city

Very nice apartment in the center of the city. The only transport we needed was to and from the airport. Everything is in walking distance. The kitchen has all the supplies you need and the staff was very helpfull. Remember this is an apartment and not a hotel.

Litt skuffende med tanke på bilder fra Hotels.com og slik leilighet virkelig så ut. Fasaden så veldig sliten ut. Leilighet var helt ok, men veldig hard sove sofa. Pluss for sentral beliggenhet . Vi var uheldige og mistet nøkkel. Utleier hadde ikke reserve nøkkel. Vi var da uten tilgang til leilighet i 12 timer. Låse smed tilkalt.vi måtte ut med 60 euro. Vi mistet også 1døgn av vår reise grunnet dette. Uproft og ikke ha ekstra nøkkel. de beklaget veldig og det var til tross for uheldig situasjon god service. Greit sted å bo om du vil bo midt i gamle byen. Det hadde sin egen sjarm til tross for lav standard og misvisende bilder av leilighet

なかなか連絡がつかず、メールの返信もなく、電話にも出ず、深夜まで路上でまたされた。その後深夜チェックイン料金を請求されたので反論したら、請求を取り下げてくれた。スタッフは親切で感じがよい。 部屋は清潔で広々としており、古い家具が興味深い。立地は最高。 唯一残念なのはłazienkaの悪臭と、外れていて危険な電源差し込み口。換気扇を24時間稼働していないと、くさくてたまらない。

We stayed at 102/1 Organa. Great apartment in a perfect location. It is as the pictures represent, however a little dated. Had to phone up regarding the shower, someone came within the hour to fix it. Only negatives were, no heating and some nights were cold, when we rang we were told the heating is only turned on seasonal. Only 1 pillow each, which weren't very good, and 1 small towel each. I will add that unfortunately the cigarette smoke did filter down from upstairs apartment through the vents

Zły początek...

Nasz romantyczny pobyt w Gdańsku rozpoczął się skandalicznie. Spotkaliśmy się pod apartamentem Szewska 1/4 - mieszkanie nr 7. Nie spodziewaliśmy się że to ten dom, z zewnątrz jak z horroru - jeżeli spojrzą Państwo na zdjęcia ulicy. Oglądając proponowane apartamenty - widzieliśmy oferty z tego adresu, ale oczywiście apartamentu do którego nas zaprowadzono nie ma. z zewnątrz spelunka - korytarz spelunka z drzwiami na niższych piętrach zamykanymi na kłódki. No i apartament. Sypialnia jako tako, łazienka wyremontowana a kuchnia - kolejna tragedia. Po moim oświadczeniu, że nie pozostaniemy w "apartamencie" ani chwili dłużej, zaproponowano nam inny apartament spełniający nasze wymagania - w stylu apartamentów zamieszczonych na stronie Elite apt. - ale za dodatkową /niemałą/ dopłatą. Po powrocie zwróciłam się bezpośrednio do firmy z zażaleniem, jednak nie doczekałam się najmniejszego wyjaśnienia, nie mówiąc o przeprosinach.

The best thing about this property is definitely the location. The apartment is located at the back of St. Mary's Church in the old town. The main bars and restaurants are seconds walk away. On arrival at the apartment building, we thought we had been taken to the wrong address as from the exterior it looked derelict!! However, the apartment itself (Szewska 1/4 Studio 5) is pleasant, although I would not describe it as "deluxe". A word of warning to anyone who has mobility issues - the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. Also the bed is a sofa bed, inches off the floor, making it rather difficult to get out of! We found the bed itself to be uncomfortable and the pillows provided were extremely thin. The shower was a good, powerful one and there is constant hot water. However, the shower tray became blocked every time we used it, and it took a while to drain away. There are plenty of chairs in the apartment, and a very nice touch is the addition of an antique piano and china cabinet which gave the apartment a nice vintage feel.
