Everything was great. My only suggestion is to put grab bars on the outside of tub. There was absolutely nothing to hang on to. Not a good scenario to get out of a wet tub, with wet feet stepping down onto a slippery towel without having anything to hang on to. Thanks for reading.

Nice room, very accommodating desk staff, great breakfast. Nice to have coffee and a cold drink always available. Very good location for us, lots of stores, restaurants nearby. Housekeeping upon request which we actually prefer. We dont need our room attended to daily, but it is available if needed. Only issue, Fox is only available in Spanish. Hopefully they can fix that, but this is our go-to hotel in Columbus.
