hotel is in horrible shape and in the spa + hotel smell mold + everything broken. Hotel + Spa need full renovation and fast. we didnt have sheets in the bed 😁 i pick sheets from Reception and do the job which normally hotel staff should do. 0/5 hotel, dont go.

Perus hyvä, minijääkaappia ja toista yöpöytää jäimme kaipaamaan huoneesta. Myös tv:n asetukset oli säädetty turhan tiukaksi. Esim puhelimesta näytönjako telkkariin olisi hyvä lisä, kun selaimen kauttakaan ei elokuvia voi katsoa. Aamiaisessa eines pannukakut ei säväyttänyt ja jugurtin/rahkan kanssa tuoreet hedelmät maistuisi purkki hedelmäsalaattia paremmin.

Keskinkertainen yöpymiskokemus

Muutoin perus hotelli yö kokemus, mutta parista ravintolasta vain yksi oli auki ja täysin täynnä. Ruuan jonotusaika oli tunnin, joka on työmatkalaiselle ylivoimainen. Ravintolan tarjonta oli myös hyvin yksipuolinen ja ei kovin terveellinen. Yöpymisen aikana myös tv lukittui hotelli tilaan, joka hoitui kuitenkin odottaessa, jonka aikana jouduin vaivaamaan respan henkilökuntaa. Parkkimaksu kaupungin ulkopuolella yön yli maksoi noin 17 €, joka on sijainti huomioiden liikaa.

Perhehuone oli hyvänkokoinen ja toimiva neljälle. Kylpylä oli tekemistä täynnä perheelle mutta oli tupaten täynnä syyslomalla, oli vaikeaa päästä laskemaan rengasliukumäistä. Myös logistiikka hotellivierailjjoille ontui. Lastenallas oli tosi hyvä taaperolle mutta jouduttiin sulkemaan pian saapumisen jälkeen kakkavahingon takia. Hotelli laskuttaa erikseen kylpylästä, kylpytakeista, sandaaleista, myös yksi uintivaippa oli kallis. Hotellin ravintolassa jouduimme odottamaan ruokia yli tunnin ja seurueemme joutui myös syömään eri aikoihin henkilökunnan virheen takia. Saimme sentään alennusta ruuan hinnasta. Kallis paikka, eikä oikein hintansa arvoinen.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kylpylä oli mieluinen, mutta kaikki poreet/vesiputoukset eivät olleet käytössä. Ruoka oli hyvää ja aamupalalla kattava valikoima. Huone oli kylmä ja kylpyhuoneen allas ei kunnolla vetänyt. Sisustus vanhahko huoneissa. Kuntosalissa oli kattavasti laitteita. Perus hyvä hotelli, ei haettukaan luksusta. :)

Respassa palvelu tosi epäkohteliasta. Huoneestamme puuttui kaukosäädin ja tämän asian korjaaminen vaati kaksi käyntiä respassa, johon asiakaspalvelija tuhahteli turhautuneena.

Huoneiden välillä oli ovi , jossa ei ollut minkäänlaista äänieristystä. Puheet ja kaikki äänet kuluivat ihan selvästi läpi.Lisäksi ovi oli lukitsematon saapuessamme huoneeseen. Siirsimme yöpöytään , ja Huhuh mikä määrä pölyä sieltä löytyi. Kylppärissä ei ollut lämmöt päällä, kylpypyyhkeet eivät kuivuneet vuorokaudessakaan.

The property is nicely landscaped and easily accessible by public transportation from Market square. Although the pictures of the waterpark are misleading. Obviously they were taken when the Club was first built. The waterpark is a fun experience if you have children, and the pool water is well maintained. You have to pay extra to use the waterpark it is not included with the price of the stay. This makes for a rather overpriced stay in an older hotel. Biggest complaint is that the entire facility has no Air conditioning and is very hot in the hotel rooms and even the restaurants. The Classic Pizza restaurant was very good and comfortable.

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja lämpöä oli huoneessa jatkuvasti 26 astetta. Huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia. Huoneessa oli vain muovimukeja ei laseja. Suihkun lattiassa oli hometta. Kaikki ravintolat meni kiinni ennen klo 22 illalla. Hotellissa ei ole aulabaaria.
