The junior suite has an amazing lake view, comfortable bed (best of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy), large spa tub, and is very spacious. The property is beautiful and well maintained and truly takes you out of the city. There’s an awesome terrace on the roof with a comfortable hot tub. The breakfast buffet is also very expansive and there were some great dinner options too. The restaurant also overlooks the lake. My only recommendation for those considering to stay here are ensuring you have reliable transportation (e.g, renting a car). With the hotel’s somewhat remote location, it would not be reasonable to walk there from the nearest bus stop with luggage and there is not an abundance of taxis. The taxis available cost 20 euros each way. We walked from the hotel to the town two days and found the downhill hikes a bit challenging (40 minutes) due to how steep the hills are.

"Ok" hotel if you can pass the EU serpentine roads

As a frequent traveler, the room that we had looked relatively modern. They offer a pretty decent variety for breakfast. They offer rubber flip flops too for the pool 🏊. Service was just ok. Didnt really feel welcomed by some of the staff there compared to other hotels that I've been to in Italy. Anyway, a-ok hotel but just to give you guys a head's up its located up on top of the mountain. Either you can walk up and down this mountain 50 minutes each or someone has to be a designated driver. And as a couple, only one of you can have a glass of wine with dinner.

wir haben auf der Heimfahrt aus dem Süden hier ein paar Tagen einen Stop eingelegt. wir waren rund um zufrieden. man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel ca. 30 Minuten von Stadt und Strand entfernt ist - und man für Auf- und Abstieg gut zu Fuß sein sollte. Das Hotel hat aber auch hierauf noch einmal explizit hingewiesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Zimmer, Essen, Service ist alles top.

Meraviglioso hotel dog-friendly

Bellissima e piacevole sorpresa immersa nella zona panoramica di Malcesine sul lago di garda. Abbiamo un cane di media taglia e ci hanno accolti senza problemi. Le camere danno su di un parco con piscina e con il lago a vista. Colazione completa e molto ben fornita. Unica cosa comincerei un'ora prima le colazioni e darei un'ora in più per il check-out per dare un po' più di tempo agli ospiti per prepararsi con comodità. Per tutto il resto assolutamente consigliato, anche per la disponibilità e cordialità di tutto il personale.

Inhaberin und Inhaber des Hotels waren sehr Freundlich und Hilfs bereit, Mängel oder Beanstandungen wurden sofort behoben. Personal sehr Freundlich. Leider und das war der einzige Mangel, wurde beim Frühstück Erlaubt zu Rauchen, was als Nichtraucher das ganze gute Frühstück "verdorben" hat. Hier sollten Separatte Vorkehrungen getroffen werden. ( Ev. Raucher Ecken)

Das Hotel liegt etwas auf dem Berg, durch Serpentinen gut zu erreichen und schön ruhig gelegen. Super großzügigige Parkanlagen mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen um den Pool. Der Empfang einfach herzlich und mit einem Gratisgetrank als Willkommensgruß gekrönt. Zimmer groß und jeden Tag frische Hand und Badetücher und immer sauber gemacht. Essen lecker, ausreichend und preislich völlig OK. Man kann es nur empfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder

Imvho this hotel is perfect...the cleaning staff thoroughly main and clear the room daily, the breakfast has everything needed and the evening meal is very Italian in as much as it lasts 2 hours and four courses plus the salad bar..the drink too are very reasonably priced.. There is a bus that takes you down to Malcescine at a cost of €1.20 or you can walk down takes 20 minutes, be aware it does not run to a full timetable on Sunday or public holidays, otherwise the taxi is €14...we have booked again for 2019

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Passstraße, da diese jedoch nicht viel befahren wird, ist es dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Zimmer war perfekt, ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren
