We were on a road trip around the middle and south of Hokkaido. The hotel while slightly out of town was clean, comfortable and good value.regretably during the night the earthquake struck Hokkaido and caused all electricity throughout Hokkaido to fail.
Western style room was only able to accommodate maximum of 2 pax as opposed to the maximum of 4 as stated on Expedia page. Was given a japanese tatami room upon check in but hotel reception was kind enough to provide us with 2 western style rooms with beds instead. Would be better if we were able to stay in their new wing instead of the annex but least the room was clean albeit outdated.

Good location but with extra charge.
Right in front of the Abashiri lake. The lake was frozen during our stay (late March) . We were charged with the hot spring charge even we did not use it.
