The hotel is so lovely! It’s tucked away in an ancient little alley just off of the river (a little hard to find with GPS; just ask). The room was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. There was even a gorgeous skylight directly above the bed! (Think sleeping in a lighthouse) with beautiful stone walls. It’s so convenient and I’d definitely stay again. Warning: however, there is no parking and the closest garage was a bit of a haul (~1-1.5km?) so, I just backpacked it instead of fighting with my luggage. It ended up costing >50€ for overnight-4pm.

This is the perfect location for your visit to Porto! Very close to all the attractions of the city. But be advised, the street below is very energetic and alive with sounds, so our sound machine at night was helpful. The room was lively and had all that we needed, the breakfast was exceptional.
