Staff were excellent during the stay. The value of the chalet and onsite amenities is superb. Camilla at the breakfast cafe was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with in the mornings. The staff was very accommodating and patient despite me not knowing Portuguese with a few English speakers onsite. Will stay again if i have another weekend in the area

Romantic paradise!

This place is a total gem! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick, the food was made daily and absolutely delicious, the view is breathtaking, the attention to detail supersedes the fanciest hotels in Vegas and Hong Kong. The owners were on-site and we had a very pleasant chat during breakfast. I am selfishly slightly hesitant to share how good this place is because I will go back and I want an available chalet but I can't keep it to myself. The property is a 15 minute drive from the city which makes it perfectly tucked away yet close enough to the "action" if that's what you're looking for. I can't say enough good things about this property!

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente maravilhosa. A pousada é um lugar encantador, extremamente acolhedor e pensado nos mínimos detalhes para proporcionar conforto, tranquilidade e privacidade. Um destaque especial para o Robson, que nos recebeu com muita atenção, explicou tudo com carinho e ainda teve o cuidado de acender as lareiras para nós. Um gesto simples, mas que demonstra exatamente o cuidado e a hospitalidade que encontramos durante toda a nossa estadia. Também não poderia deixar de mencionar a Camile, uma simpatia no café da manhã, sempre atenciosa e gentil. E o café da manhã é, sem dúvida, um dos grandes destaques da pousada. Ficamos cinco diárias e, a cada manhã, éramos surpreendidos por algum detalhe diferente. Tudo preparado na própria pousada, com muito capricho, carinho e ingredientes frescos. Os sucos naturais são realmente naturais, e é perceptível o cuidado colocado em cada preparo. A limpeza é impecável, os ambientes são muito agradáveis e os chalés, estrategicamente afastados uns dos outros, proporcionam uma privacidade deliciosa, além de uma sensação maravilhosa de estar em meio à natureza. É daqueles lugares que conseguem transformar uma simples hospedagem em uma experiência. Um lugar magnífico, acolhedor e muito especial, que certamente ficará na nossa memória e para onde teremos prazer em voltar.

Pousada maravilhosa, vista privilegiada, silêncio, contato com natureza. Café da manhã farto e variado, tudo muito caseiro. Detalhes da pousada escolhidos com muito carinho. Único ponto "a se repensar" é o retorno do restaurante para jantar, pois o espaço próprio para isso ( e a comodidade ao hóspede) devem ser valorizados. Voltaremos com certeza.

Olha, a Pousada entrega muito, mas muito mais do que muito hotel 5 estrelas por aí. Falo por experiência de brasil afora, incluso outros países onde estive. O único ponto a melhorar é o wi-fi dentro do chalé e o aquecimento/calefação que poderia ficar ligado incluso na hospedagem. De resto, tudo marvailhoso. Café da manhã espetacular. Excepcional! Limpeza impecável, instalações muito bem conservadas e a equipe sensacional. Contudo, o que mais chama a atenção é o café da manhã que não repete quase nada do menu, permanecendo somente o pão de queijo (que não pode faltar), os frios e o pão francês, o restante foi diferente nos três dias que estive lá e o sabor dos doces e salgados são algo fora da curva.

Chegamos na pousada e logo na entrada ficamos maravilhados em ver toda paisagem logo na entrada simplesmente lindo, fomos muito bem recebidos, quando entramos no quarto o clima romântico simplesmente lindo, tudo muito limpo, organizado. Cafe da manhã tudo fresquinho, delicioso, variedade no cardápio. Todos funcionários foram bem receptivos e educados. Amamos nossa estadia e voltaremos com toda certeza
