Room was fine, clean, well equipped. My only complaint is that we stayed there because we needed ride to airport. We left in two different times, girl on front desk signed my colleague for his ride to the airport at midnight, correctly. Did not sign me for mine at 4 am in the morning. I had to beg the other employees in front desk to let me get in the shuttle. Made it in time luckily. Otherwise I would had to get a private transportation, and pay myself. Not happy with that move.

Chegamos no hotel por volta das 22:00 e fiquei impressionado com a falta de disponibilidade dos funcionários em receber os hóspedes. 01) O calçamento da entrada do hotel foi construído para quem não carrega mala... um hotel, tão próximo ao aeroporto, deveria prever que a grande maioria dos hóspedes estariam carregando mala e o piso deveria no mínimo, facilitar este transporte. 02) Haviam dois senhores na porta do hotel, um segurança e outro que não consegui identificar. Os dois ficaram olhando a dificuldade em arrastar as malas e agiram como se não houvesse ninguém. Estávamos com 6 malas, chegando de voos longos e não dispuseram a ajudar. 03) Cheguei no quarto e o ar condicionado não funcionava... Não existe um procedimento de checagem dos quartos antes de disponibilizar aos hóspedes? Pedi para trocar, insistiram na equipe de manutenção... Como não chegaram em 15 minutos desci na recepção e exigi a troca. Tem hotéis melhores na região!
