The hotel is right downtown and surrounded by restaurants and local attractions. My room was large and comfortable but it needs some minor fixes to make it perfect. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is flaking, the caulking is cracked, water in the shower didn't drain very well, and some of the drawers look very tired. Is it a dealbreaker? Absolutely not but these are an indication of poor maintenance. My room was cold and the thermostat wasn't working. I was offered another room but I opted for the space heater and an extra blanket (I was perfect after that). What made the stay lovely was the staff. They were extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.
