Basic economy hotel in a good location. Needs updates but again, expected for the price. The saving grace was the front desk staff, Brianna. She was super friendly, very helpful on multiple occasions during the week stay, and kind enough to work with us on a late check out last minute. Just a joy to work with in every way and she is a a great asset to the hotel and deserves a raise :-)

I hate to leave a bad review, but this hotel is just not a safe place for the casual traveler. There was a lot of drug activity going on both inside and in the parking lot. The room was just generally dirty despite clear attempts by the staff to clean it. We elected not to stay and canceled our reservation. The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating.

The staff was perfect but the hotel itself was nasty no soap, no wash towel’s, walls were dirty phone was dirty table was not clean in my room and I was in room 2009. We had to go buy towels soap and disinfecting to clean the room before we slept.

This property was completely different than advertised. It was filthy. It was dusty. The receptionist had a bad attitude. I ordered a non-smoking room and was told they only had smoking rooms available. The smoke was so thick, you could see it. I left immediately and drove the remainder of the way home. As the property was not as advertised and I did not spend the night, I believe I should have a refund. Please respond.

The staff is amazing and I would give them 10 stars if possible. The lack of kitchenware in the suite was not clearly explained on the site and quite a disappointment. Although there are items available to purchase, as I was only there for a short while that did not make sense.

The elevator was down day one. Had to carry all my things up 4 flights of stairs. Day two there was a random fire alarm at 1am. And I need to be up at 4. Real nice. Let’s not mention the constant smell of weed. And the people with shopping carts strolling into the place. And the the bug I woke up to on the counter first thing in the morning. Oh the stained sheets and blankets.

There always seem to be sometype of issue when I stay at this hotel, whether the front desk take forever to check me in, my key card not working, being sent too a room that’s already occupied, or my television not working it’s always something when I speak with the front desk they always give that lost and confused look and response

The entire experience was horrible but my kids and i were involved in a house fire and had to find somewhere to stay.They let me book a dirty room and didnt have one for me, my sheets were from a previous guest because their washer and dryer was broken; they said they didnt even have any to give me to change them myself, there were pills and toenails on the floor, the refrigerator did not work and the freezer was filled with water, the bathroom has 5 inches of scum around the floor and it was not mopped, the bath tub doesnt have a stopper; nor does the front desk, i had to use a rag for my kids to take a bath but they didnt even have rags either. The manager was supposed to give me a discount towards another week, but felt i only deserved one night free after ALL of these problems. I was just involved in a house fire then have to pay $500 to stay in these conditions.

I was there for our Ohio Service Dog Awareness Week and Walk. This was my first time staying with yous, and when we saw that there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, we brought it to the attention of the person on desk 2 x and nothing was done about it and we were very unhappy about that since we were told someone would be coming up to check it out and clean it, but no one did. We were also disappointed that there wasn't a coffee pot in the room when we were told there was one. I was very happy that employees knew the difference between service dogs, esa, and therapy dogs, and that service dogs are exempt from pet fees when staying at your hotel. In general I was happy with our stay, BUT the blood in the bathroom on the wall and nothing being done about it after telling staff on desk 2x about it and nothing being done about it ruined our stay and we were really disappointed also that there was no coffee pot in the room

I tried to check in at 6 pm and had to wait at the front desk for almost 30 minutes before i was helped. The gentlemen on staff did communicate that he was running behind but I had an entire line of people behind me also waiting. We went in there with a positive attitude, even though there were broken beer bottles in the parking lot. Strong odor of weed throughout the building. Please do not waste your money on this hotel! We went in the room and could not brieathe. The smoke smell was so thick and there was an ash try on the counter. We selected a non smoker hotel. We did not stay and did not get our money refunded. This place should be shutdown. Pleas x a thousand to not waste your money.

We got here they originally only gave me one room, then I got to my room to find half eaten food on the table, they switched rooms and the next room was not clean, had no bed sheets, and a broken refrigerator. Needless to say we did not stay!
