到着時間が22:00頃と遅かったので、館内は少し暗めでアメニティがあるのも気付かず部屋に向かいそうになりました。部屋に室内着がなかったので、日本にしては珍しくパジャマないのかと思いながら大浴場に行くと、他の方が室内着的なものを着てらしたので、受付に行くと、かなり薄暗い通路の棚にありました。 到着した時に、アメニティも室内着も、おしえてほしかったです。 スタッフの方はいつも寝ているのか、あまり挨拶もなく、対応するのがだるそうでした。夜の方も朝の方もそんなふうだったので、皆さん寝る時間もないほど眠いのだろうと思うことにしましたが、良い気分ではないです。隣がボイラー室だったのか、明け方からずっとベットの頭の方から音がしていました。賑やかで、快適とは言えません。リゾートホテルだと寝るだけなら思っていたので残念でした。二度と利用しません。 寝るだけならまぁまぁです。（うるさくなければ）

まず、チェックインがスムーズで 時間もかからずよかった。 お部屋は広くて開放的だった。 部屋の鍵はカードではなく鍵だったので レトロな雰囲気で良かった。 Wi-Fiもあるのでよかった。 コーヒードリップの機械の使い方は 説明書どおりにやったけど、 上手くできなかった。 お風呂は大浴場があったので ゆっくりできてよかった。 バーには、セルフサービスの飲み物が 何種類もあったし、 部屋にも持ち込めたのでよかった。 起きたら、雪が積もっていて 雪景色も楽しめた。
