The pictures online are of the rooms on the top floor. The rooms in the first three floors are small not well maintained and the bathrooms wreak of sewer water. The room I stayed at had bed bugs.

Lo bueno es que tiene estacionamiento al interior y esta muy cerca de la Iglesia de San Juan de Los Lagos, sin embargo nuestra habitación estaba muy sucia, en el piso manchas, en la mesa mucho polvo, en el balo en espejo lleno de polvo, el piso tierra, la ducha tiene agua caliente pero no tiene nada de jabón, shampoo o alguna otra amenidad no tiene botella de agua, el aire acondicionado se paga aparte para que te den el control, no creo volver a hospedarme en este hotel.

Los encargados del hotel proporcionaron mi información personal, como teléfono, nombre y habitación en la que me hospedaba, en cuanto llegue a las dos horas empecé a recibir amenazas por teléfono por parte de carteles del lugar por lo cual decidí abandonar el lugar de inmediato, las instalaciones no son nada de lo que publican en las imágenes de esta promoción y frustrando así mi paseo, mis vacaciones
