Hotel staff is super nice and this small hotel is in a great location, walking distance to different amenities. We had family room that is on the cosy/compact side. Good Turkish breakfast. Overall, it worked well for us and we’d be back if we were to visit Istanbul again

Good breakfast. Excellent location for first timers visiting Istanbul. Very accessible to Public transportation. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a connecting rooms. One with balcony. One of the room has a weird smell. The rooms are a bit tight for 2 pax with luggage. No issues with cleanliness.

The room we booked was advertised as having a city view; however, it only overlooked the front street and the building directly opposite, which felt misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the stairwell lighting was very poor, making it difficult and unsafe to use when not taking the lift. Housekeeping was also below standard. My sheets were not changed for the entire 4-night stay, despite there being a visible blood stain on them from a previous guest. The breakfast was enjoyable, though it would have been even better with a few more hot options available.

Absolutely loved it, especially Mr. Karim's (manager) and the staff's attitude. It was warm, welcoming. I had an online exam and they provide me with a mirror for security check. They let us use their storage room to place our luggage. Also, they cooperate with us to stay a few hours overtime free of charge.

I had such a lovely stay at pera perma. Thank you to Kerim for being the best host ever. All the people working there is the kindest people. I recomended this hotel to couples, and single people. The area around the hotel is a little bit noisy, but you can't hear a thing from your room. The rooms are not to big, but they are clean and lovely decorated. Definetly gonna come back for my next trip.

The location for this property is perfect if you want to immerse yourself in the bustling istiklal street. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and every request was completed quickly. Karem and his team were AMAZING and always helpful. Breakfastt options were good and the chef had prepared a lot of delicious warm menu items. The rooms (connecting family) we stayed in, however, are smaller than usual but if you choose the suite or king room, there is plenty of space and a bigger bathroom. I would suggest rooms 501 I would definitely stay here again next time.

O hotel é bem decente e tem como ponto alto sua localização, a poucos passos da movimentada rua Istiklal e em meio a bares e restaurantes muito animados. Apesar disso, o quarto era silencioso, mesmo tendo vista para a rua, provavelmente por conta dos vidros anti-ruído. Não é um hotel de onde se possa ir a pé para os principais pontos turísticos de Istambul, mas se hospedar nele proporciona uma experiência muito interessante de conhecer uma Istambul mais animada e fervilhante. O hotel está em ótimo estado de conservação e o café da manhã é muito bom. Os pontos negativos foram: colchão terrível, mole demais e desnivelado; quarto muito pequeno, só sendo possível abrir a mala sobre a cama; e havia um chiclete grudado na parte interna da chaleira elétrica que fica no quarto.

Beyoğlu civarını ziyaret etmek isteyenler için otelin konumu mükemmel. Temizliği, personelin güleryüzü ayrıca çok önemli artılar. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği gayet güzel, ayrıca otelin altındaki Caffe del Sarto'da çok güzel atıltırmalıklar mevcut. Eski bir Pera binasında konaklamak da çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Herşey için teşekkürler.
