Nice hotel but located far from airport and roads was terrible so long transport time. Hotel itself was nice and well maintained with adult pool and kids pool separated. Food was alright but nothing special - but normal when it is buffet. Check in took to long time but check out was swift and efficient.

Friendly staff. Fun activities for kids and adults. Water slide for kids , adult and kids swimming pool. Private beach. Night entertainment from dancers to acrobats. Buffet was superb. Varieties of food choices. They are painting the outside of the house which is nice. They need to update their bedcovers and couches. We enjoyed our stay and it was money well spent. I would definitely recommend this resort.

From the day I arrived they were very friendly. All the STAFF’s were amazing (I can’t even mention one person)☺️. The place was clean. They gave my son, the best birthday surprise by singing to him and bringing him a cake. First I want to say kudos to the MG for making sure am taken care off after falling sick. The nurses were professional. Thanks to Rashid at the reception for smiling and making sure we had an extra bed. Entertainment team were really good and made the day go by faster. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no changing room if you happen to arrive before check in time, they told us to use the toilet next the reception. Also the bar is supposed to be on the adult only side not kids side.

We had items stolen from our room. Including money removed from our safe.The manager made it seem as if we were lying and that they had trusted staff. They had CCTV in front of our room. It only showed us and staff entering our room. After reporting the theft, I felt unsupported by management. It was so uncomfortable didn’t leave our room for the rest of our stay. When we were checking out the manager told us that if we fill out a police report then the insurance might be able to reimburse us for our lose. It took us 2.5 hours to have the police report filled. We have yet to get anything reimbursed.
