This hotel is in perfect location with sea just a step away. The food is nice too. Staff are friendly. Room is lush and so comfy. It was cleaned every day. Cleopatra beach is amazing. The Caves and Cable cars are only 10 min walk i clude the museum. I will happily return there in the future.

Great location

After an initial error caused by Hotels.com, the manager and team went out of their way to make my stay easy. They were very kind, and because of them I would stay there again. The property is in a fabulous location for buses, Kleopatra beach and the castle. There are sunny balconies, and they are very kind to cats which is so important to the European market. A+++++

Hotel with a good location

Hotel was nice and perfectly located for my needs. Receptionist on arrival was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately the room had very bad soundproofing and the noise coming from neighbor room and the restaurant in front of the hotel made it hard to sleep - and I'm not a light sleeper. Bathroom had mold around the sink and the shower had some mineral buildup, that showed the cleaning has been sloppy for a while. Overall the stay was okay, but because of the mold I wouldn't choose the hotel again.

Their genuine hospitality and care created an atmosphere that felt like home — something I had never experienced at any other hotel before. Every detail, from the comfortable accommodations to the attentive service, reflected their deep commitment to ensuring each guest feels valued and relaxed. It was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience of true Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank the team at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel enough for making my trip so special. Kış olmasından kaynaklı mı anlamadım. Geldiğim gün zaten hotelss le tartıştık bu konuda otelde ne sıcak su vardı ne de internet. Sinirden hotelss yetkililerle görüştüm sağolsun onlar yardımcı oldu ama otel işe yaramazdı o da buranın altyapısından kaynaklı. Heryer şuan delik değişk belediyeye dava açsalar kazanırlar o derece müşteri kaybı var. İkinci gün sıcak su geldi. Ama wifi odalarda ücretliydi… lobide ücretsizmiş. Bidaha gitmem.
