The free shuttle was the reason I picked this hotel. It runs hourly but has a midday break, so you'll need to check their schedule. They also made a stop before the Hey Lou hotel. There was self-check-in, but an employee was on hand to assist. The room was aesthetically very nice and had a great layout. My only issue was the hairs on the hairs and bed, which seems to be due to the texture of the covers. Breakfast was chaotic with a large group, and there was no organization to the queues. The employees in the breakfast area were nice and did the best they could, but the crowd was difficult to navigate. I was also cut in front of multiple times by the other patrons. I would have waited until I saw the breakfast crowd rather than pre-paying the day before.

Writing this review maybe it’s my fault for not understanding that this is self check in. To the corporation who owns this people do not want to check themselves in. And they also don’t accept cash only credit cards, at the bar and restaurant. Well the people were nice. The food was good, I don’t think I would come back. Just for the reason when you’re traveling and you’re tired you want someone to check you in after all that’s part of what you pay for. And they must accept cash, we don’t need to go to a cashless world. If those two things weren’t they where they were I would’ve given it a 4 to 5 star.
