Accueil sympathique H24 et 7j/7j dans cet hôtel situé à 10 minutes de marche de la gare BRUXELLES MIDI et aussi à 10 minutes de marche environ de la Grand Place et du Manneken pis. Toutes les principales visites de BRUXELLES peuvent se faire donc à pied facilement depuis cet hôtel hormis l' ATOMIUM pour lequel vous devrez prendre le métro 6 depuis la gare de BRUXELLES MIDI. Au niveau de la réception, un micro onde et deux bouilloires sont à disposition ainsi que tables et chaises (idéal par exemple pour se faire un petit déjeuner). En revanche, il est à noter que le ménage n'est fait qu'avant votre entrée dans la chambre et pas les jours suivants. Nous avons passé 4 nuits et pas de ménage dans la chambre lors de notre séjour.Dommage. Literie plutôt très mole donc si vous êtes adepte des literies fermes cet établissement n'est pas pour vous, en revanche il est parfait si vous aimez les literies plutôt moles. Le bruit de la rue pourrai gêner les sommeils les plus légers mais rien d'affolant quand même ! Escalier assez raide pour accéder aux chambres. Au global je recommande néanmoins pour l'accueil du personnel et le rapport Qualité/ Prix.rappotchaise.

So check in went fine. We walked from the Brussels Midi train station. Not a long walk but not easily accessible with luggage due to construction. We received room 111. It was a private room which i had booked. We went up the stairs to the room and I opened the door and went to move in to hold the door for my friend with the suitcase. Immediately inside the door was a flight of stairs that i promptly fell down. I landed on my hip and hit my head on the step going up to the bathroom. My friend screamed, and with staff right down the stairs, no one came to check on the commotion. Thankfully nothing seems to be broken but my head was bleeding. My friend went to ask the staff why there was no warning, and they thought she was saying i fell down the stairs to the room. The front desk clerk finally came up with a first aid kit, and stated she didnt know the room had stairs as she had never seen the room. There is no air circulation in the room unless you open the window which is really a door to another staircase. You could not leave it open as there was traffic up and down it all night. Beware if you get room 111

Rooms are fine but very warm in the summer and it is very loud with traffic and people in restaurants outside so you have to sleep with windows closed.

Easy check in, kind people at the desk. No lift so had to climb 4 floors with luggage but not impossible. Good value for money. Good place to sleep , beds comfortable and clean. Towels provided. Nice toilet and shower, clean and soap provided. No air con. Loud area on the streets a lot of men just lurking about so a bit on edge especially if travelling solo. But overall happy that we stayed here. Close to station and city center. No proper kitchen but free tea and kettle downstairs .

Bonjour, nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour visiter le centre-ville de Bruxelles. Idéalement bien placé près de la gare et du centre-ville plutôt satisfait de cet hôtel. Attention les serviettes de bain sont payantes.

Private Room didn’t have hot water for showers, Room was tiny and had to climb over the bed to hang up a jacket. Extremely noisy from the hallway. Ended up having to move after a night, could be okay for a night. But wasn’t for us.

Aklı olan gelmesin bu otele

Öncelikle odaya girdiğinizde berbat bir koku sizi karşılıyor ve akşama doğru bu koku artıyor. O kadar rahatsız edici bir koku ki epeyce uyuyamadım.. İkinci olarak kirli yoryan ve yastık beni karşıladı... Yorgan idrar kokuyor ve yastıkta bir sürü saç kılı vardı. Oda herhangi bir şekilde gün ışığı almıyor, apartman boşluğuna bakıyor. Oda temizlik servisi yapılmıyor, çöpler toplanmıyor. Ses yalıtımı berbat. Gece geç saatte otele giren çıkan gürültücü insanlar sizi zar zor daldığınız uykunuzdan uyandırıyor. Kalorifer motorsiklet gibi gürültü çıkarıyor. Kelimenin tam anlamıyla berbat bir deneyimdi, tüm tatilimi rezil etti. Bir daha asla ama asla buraya gelmem. Tek iyi yanı resepsiyondaki çalışanın kibarlığı ve güler yüzüydü.
