Orbitz app was helpful to communicate with hotel to confirm transfer for airport (for a fee). This was helpful since are not plentiful. Nearby beach clubs offer secure beach and restaurant service at the beach. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great place for tourists!

The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants nearby. Every staff member went above and beyond to help me. The breakfast offered a great selection. I normally never watch tv in a hotel, but the selection of channels was amazing. I appreciated getting caught up on one of my favorite US shows!

Lovely place to stay

It was a absolutely loverly place, and the shuttle service is a great no worries about getting there. The place was really clean and comfortable and the people very friendly. Breakfast was really good. It is a pity of the location, we walked and got to see the real way of life. So I suppose overall it was a great experience. The local art and deco of the place is breath taking.

Foi uma boa experiência. O hotel, de dimensão mais pequena, proporciona um ambiente mais familiar e o pessoal é sempre bastante prestável. Nota positiva para a decoração de inspiração africana e para a divulgação de artistas angolanos. Fiquei no primeiro andar traseiras. Este quarto tinha a vista tapada por grades e uma espécie de hera, o que dava um tom escuro ao quarto. Penso que os quartos com vista para o mar e de andares superiores devem ser mais agradáveis. Bom serviço de limpeza e boa vista a partir do terraço. A localização é boa, mas é preciso apanhar transporte para ir até ao centro (10 min de carro). Recomendo este hotel.

Not so good, the hotel supposed to fetch us at airport but didn’t pitch so we had to call and eventually they came. Property is not in the best location and is a bit run down with uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast and a bit dirty

Pas eu de chance (publicité mensongère)

Situation erronée de l'hôtel sur votre plan. A 5 km de la forteresse et non à 1 km. Du coup frais de taxi (onéreux) obligatoires pour se rendre au centre. Alors que j'avais réservé une suite pour 4 nuits, première nuit dans une chambre normale (car erreur de programme informatique). Le lendemain, attente de 45 minutes à la réception l'après-midi pour obtenir la suite 301, non prête. Elle fait bien 40 m² mais n'a absolument pas de kitchenette (ni station d'accueil MP3, ni chaussons. comme annoncé sur votre site...). Le manque de kitchenette est vraiment préjudiciable, puisque c'est pour cela que j'avais choisi cet hôtel et cette suite. Restaurants très chers dans le secteur : le plat de restaurant le moins cher (le plat, et non le menu), est à 25 €. De plus, l'insonorisation est très insuffisante, d'autant plus que les vendredis et samedis soirs (et nuit) se tient des soirées disco à l'étage au-dessus, juste au-dessus de mon lit. Les bons points, quand même : petit-déjeuner buffet acceptable, bon accueil, bonne connexion Wifi, service de transfert payant pour l'aéroport, décoration originale d'artistes locaux, lits confortables, bicyclettes gratuites.

Bom hotel, com algumas questões relativas a serviços. Estas incluiram internet lenta ou indisponível no quarto, em diversas ocasiões. Telefone do quarto, para falar com a recepção, sem conexão, o que não foi resolvido durante minha estadia. Refeição noturna indisponível algumas noites, em que o silêncio também não foi respeitado. Região do hotel pouco segura à noite. Ótimo café da manhã.
