Not clean

The cleanliness was disappointing for example the toilet does not look as if it had been cleaned in a good year and there was a thick layer of dust on all the surfaces. Walls are very thin you can hear someone taking a shower or talking in room next to yours. The breakfast was sub par and tasted awful. Overall a disappointing stay and would avoid it again in the future.

tres satisfait de mon séjour d'une nuit ; chambre très confortable et très calme ; pas trop grande (mais à mettre en rapport avec le tarif), mais taille très acceptable quand même avec un vrai bureau; la salle de sport (au sous-sol) est bien équipée (manque peut-être télé devant tapis de course), et le sauna pas loin (fonctionne sur demande) ; très bon petit déjeuner dans un grand restaurant calme (terrasse exterieure aussi avec une belle vue) ; personnel accueillant et serviable. l'emplacement près de la gare est très bien en fait, et on est pas loin des berges du Main pour se promener ou courir (super long parcours le long de l'eau)

Staff is nice and friendly, and the location is very convenient. Whether it is really clean... with bedsheets really fresh... not so sure. Soap was missing in both shower and sink area, and they promptly brought me... a half used Nivea Men shower gel bottle, and a small shampoo bottle from a random hotel. Well, all a bit improvised, but the staff was at least trying their best and I don't think it is their fault.

Meillä oli kaksi huonetta väliovella. Avainta emme oveen saaneet, emmekä alkaneet kysellä yhden yön vuoksi. Toinen huone oli saanut kosteutta, ehkä kokolattiamaton vieressä olevasta suihkusta tai sitten yläpuolelta, aikamoinen haju oli. Aamupala ihan ok. Yhdeksi yöksi ihan ok paikka, mutta pidempään oleskeluun en suosittele hintalaatusuhteen puolesta. Lähellä rautatieasemaa.

Wie dieses Hotel zu angeblich 4 Sterne kommt, ist ein absolutes Rätsel. Alles ohne jeglichen Charm & Stil. Alles wirkt etwas schmuddelig, ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Duschkabine steht im Zimmer, die aufgeklebte blaue Folie hat sich teil abgelöst, Duschbrausenhalterung fällt fast ab und Seifenspender funktionierte nicht. Frühstück ist auch nicht empfehlenswert. Das es laut sein wird, war zu erwarten, da es direkt an der Strasse zum HB liegt Das einzig positive war die Lage, direkt beim Hauptbahnhof, wenn man wie ich mit dem Zug unterwegs ist. Würde das Hotel trotzdem nicht mehr buchen
