The service was top notch. They were willing to help us with anything. Key cards - only one per room, so that was a pain when two people shared a room. Shower broke in one room and wasn't fixed. Food was good. Internet service was spotty at best. Great value for the price.

A very hospitable Hotel with good customer service

We stayed for 9 days and found that the customer service at the Hotel was excellent With had some request and the Manager Mr Pranab's was very helpful and his service exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff also provided very good customer service. The room was good and comfortable with all the necessary amenities and free Wifi. This hotel is recommended if you are looking for good customer service and comfort in Dehli.
