I like that the staff was friendly and polite. I also like the size of the room as well as the buffet breakfast. Something I did not like was that the air conditioner filter was a little dirty. Another thing that I like is that the Hotel is pet-friendly.

But it took three hours to get a roll of toulet paper, individual that came up to make up the pull out couch had no clue what he was doing and to get out car from valet we had to wait 30 minutes. For what we paid the service was not up to par. Rooms were adequate but nothing spectacular.

Hi- I stayed in Embassy Suits on July 19, and it was horrible, the check in took so long, because there was only one person on the desk, the bathroom shower made sounds as if the shower head is going to fall off and also there was poop stain in the toilet. The food area was smelly.
