A good location from which to enjoy the Gero Onsen experience. Free shuttle from the train station makes it convenient. The dinner and breakfast are excellent if you like japanese style meals. Very convenient to local shopping, etc. Very enjoyable hot baths. Recommended if you like public baths and ryokan style meals.

The hotel is dated which needs refurbishment. But the amenities offered were good. The Japanese style room we stayed was spacious which can fit in 7 futons. We had half board during our stay. The food served were amazing and looked beautiful which was beyond our imagination. Though the property itself offers only smoking rooms, we as non-smokers didn't find it a problem at all. And parking is free. We would definitely recommend it.
