It was horrible the gentleman at the window took for ever to help us didn’t find our reservation demanded cash money payment trucker me into a deposit with cash demanded I stay in the second floor even tho l have l a disability and sexually harassed my gf in the morning accusing her of being a sex worker!!

Terrible management, for starters; would not even recheck my reservation for payment, it took 2hrs to check due to an argument. unclean bathroom, terrible bedding, let alone the fact my tv didnt work and the heater barely got warm.

A/C unit was not working. Bedspread was stained, walls were disgusting with stains everywhere. Carpet had stains everywhere. Shower was semi clean.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE TODA MI VIDA, NUNCA SE QUEDEN EN ESE MOTEL. Me hospede ahí con mi pareja cuando viaje a Los Ángeles y fue lo peor que me pudo pasar… El dueño me realizó el rebajo del dinero 2 veces y no quería realizarme la devolución, entramos y el OLOR A CIGARRO ERA INSPOPORTABLE, le dijimos al dueño y no quiso cambiarnos la habitación, tuvimos que dormir con ese olor a cigarro 3 noches, FUE LO PEOR DE MI VIDA, toda mi ropa olía a cigarro, la cama estaba asquerosísima sucia, olían las almohadas y cobijas a cigarro, el baño SÚPER SUCIO, no había papel higiénico, nadie hizo la limpieza a la habitación en los 4 días que estuvimos, FUE LO PEOR, NUNCA HAYAN AHÍ.

First of all they will ask for ID for every guest that will be part of the room u reserved not just the person who reserved your room. And Second, 10am is check out time and at 10:00am on the clock they will start knocking non stop with maybe a 15 sec pause then keep knocking until u get out. Was funny for me because of the urgency they had of getting you out. But other customers for sure will be annoyed. small compact parking lot area, but felt safe.

They wouldnt allow check in because they dont allow you to even smoke outside. This was not stated anywhere. There was no smoking in the rooms, but outside is obscene. They would not refund my deposit even though I requested it back because I coukd not check in.
