I was there for 2nd times. My first stay I got a room at 2nd floor was very good and clean. 2nd time I got at first floor the bathroom dirty and smelling bad and mold in bedroom and a lot in bathroom. But other things was good.

Fiquei surpreso com o acesso ao local, principalmente pela subida bastante inclinada, mas entendo que isso faz parte da estrutura e não chega a ser um problema. O que realmente me decepcionou foi a recepção. Ao chegar, não fui atendido e precisei entrar no local até encontrar uma pessoa em uma sala para então dar boa tarde e conseguir algum atendimento. Além disso, precisei carregar sozinho quatro malas, acompanhado da minha filha de apenas 7 anos. Confesso que fiquei bastante abismado com a falta de atenção e, principalmente, de empatia em uma situação tão simples, na qual um mínimo de cordialidade e disposição para ajudar faria toda a diferença. Espero que esse ponto seja revisto, pois a experiência de chegada e o primeiro atendimento são fundamentais para a percepção que o hóspede terá do local. No geral eu iria novamente pois entendo que a pousada não pode ser penalizada por atos de uma única pessoa.

O acesso a rua é por uma ladeira bem ingrime que com chuva nao dá pata subir com carro pequeno e cheio. E não aparece essa ladeira e/ou informação Foi bem estressante a chegada pois havia chovido. O café da manhã vai ate 09h:30m mas no 1• dia de um feriadao acabou o obo mexido e o único queijo disponivel. Bolo de chocolate acabou os 3 dias do feriadão. Café da manhã pode ser melhorado bastante sem maiores custos. Infra da pousada boa.
