Though check in process was mediocre and guest relations had initial arrogancy; overall service was above the regionalquality. Food service and taste was awesome. Beautiful Setting, Broken Basics

Food is genuinely delicious, but the buffet/menu lacks basic healthy choices—especially lean protein for athletes. Rooms have no blackout curtains, sound insulation is weak, and the air conditioner is very noisy. With party music running until around 1:00 a.m. and daylight pouring in early, sleeping past 6–7 a.m. is difficult; overall room comfort was poor. Some activities and instructors operate only in German; unless the resort intends to serve a single market, multilingual options should be provided. The beaches—particularly the watersports area—are open to the public, which is a significant concern. I was told the hotel has raised this with the authorities without result, but it still needs active management. The property also feels a bit dated. Great setting and tasty food, but the basics—sleep quality, noise control, multilingual service, and access control—need urgent improvement.
Stand-up paddleboarding is one of the activities available.

Herkese merhaba. Otelde 4 gece 5gün konaklama yaptım. Her şeyiyle mükemmeldi. Görevli arkadaşlar ilk girişinizle birlikte size odaya kadar eşlik ediyor. Ayrıca girişte kayıt sürecini beklemıyorsunuz. Sizlere bir kağıt verıp hızlıca dolduruyorsunuz arka planda kayıt ve giriş işlemlerini halletmiş oluyorlar. Ta girişten itibaren bell boy arkadaş otel hakkında kısa bilgilendirmede bulundu. Oda olarak lüks beklentiniz olmasın lütfen. 40 yıldır olan bır konaklama yeri. Odada olması gereken her şey var. Zaten odayı sadece yatmak için ullanıyorsunuz. Yeşil alan çok fazla büyük. Her yer ferah ve geniş. Şezlong sıkıntısı yaşamazsınız. Çalışanlar aşırı ilgili ve samimi davranıyorlar. Burası dünyaca ünlü Alman Robinson grubunun ülkemizdeki konaklama yeri. Öncelikle yemekleri mükemmeldi çok memnun kaldık, denizi şezlong imkanları ve kendine has özellikleriyle sunduğu diğer spor aktiviteleri gayet güzeldi temizdi alanlar. Çalışanlar gayet güleryüzlüydü ilgiliydi. Ancak kaldığımız odada rutubet kokusu vardı odanın yenilenmesi şart genel olarak tesis çok güzel botanik bir otel gibi ancak bir tık yenilenme istiyor. Genellikle alman müşteri var otelde onlarda da herhangi bir aykırı kötü bir durum yaşanmadı sadece dil olarak Türkçe ikinci dil etkinliklerde Almanca 1. Dil olarak kullanılıyor. Birde bazı bar kısımları ücretli ithal alkollerde ve tenis ve bazı spor aktivitelerinde ders almak istiyorsanız onlar ücretli. Genel olarak memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz Herşey için.

Yılda 3 defa benzer konseptte Kemer'de tatil yapan biri olarak yazıyorum. Dolayısıyla yorumum bu otelin diğer benzer konseptteki otellerle karşılaştırılması. Önce iyi yanlar. Otelde çocuk yok, dolayısıyla Aquapark, çocuk gürültüsü vs.. yok. Alan geniş, güneşlenme yeri veya yemek sırası yok. Yan taraf kayalık olduğu için manzara güzel. Gelelim negatif yanlarına. Otele check in diğer otellerde 14.00 iken burada 15.00. Girdiğinizde diğer otellerdeni gibi aktif bir resepsiyon beklemeyin. Numaramı bıraktım oda hazır olunca aracağız dediler. Arayan soran olmadı. Kendim sorunca hazır olduğunu söylediler. Sonra birbirine benzeyen müstakil odalar arasında tek başıma odamı aradım. Biri golf aracı ile durdu. Sen odanı mı arıyorsun. Şuradan git dedi. Yemekler aşırı sınırlı. Bu konuda hassassanız ve diğer otelleri gördüyseniz anlayacaksınız. Sahile içecek taşıyan biri yok. Garsonlar genelde sadece boşları alıyor. Gece sahile yerel halktan cocuklar geliyor. İskeleyi kullanıyor. Güvenlik falan yok. Gece parti discodan sonra bahçeye hacet gideren Alman turist gördüm. Otel sanki minimum kişiyle çalıştırılmak üzere işletiliyor. Alman oteli, misafirlerin çoğu Alman o yüzden bazı yerlerde Türkçe yazı bile yok. Haliyle animatörler vs.. Türkçe bile konuşmuyor sadece Almanca. Partiler falan herşey Almanlara yönelik. Odadaki tuvalette taharet musluğu yok. Su ısıtıcı yok. Minibarda sudan başka bir şey yok. Oteldeki aktiviteleri göreceğimiz barkoddaki site çalışmıyor. Bilgilendirme yetersiz.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Robinson Camyuva und können den Club absolut weiterempfehlen. Das Highlight: Das Personal ist durchweg unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Gekrönt wird das Ganze durch das Essen, das wirklich „Mega“ ist: Die Auswahl und Qualität lassen keine Wünsche offen. Aktivitäten: Wer Action sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Sport- und Freizeitangebot ist riesig und bietet für jeden etwas. Abends geht es dann richtig rund: Die Shows sind sehenswert und die Partys sind absolute Highlights, bei denen die Stimmung immer großartig ist. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Zimmer sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten hier und da eine Modernisierung vertragen. Da man im Urlaub dort aber ohnehin meist nur zum Schlafen ist, hat uns das in Anbetracht des tollen Gesamtpakets nicht weiter gestört. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
