the service was terrible. did not smile, did not say hi, was not welcoming, if it was something one person barley answered and the other one was laughing in the back, everytime. they didnt want to give us utensils even though they have a kitchen. the room was smelly and the shower was dirty. we were not left alone constantly men coming up to us and not leaving us at the pool, reception and just outside the hotel.

It was confusing with the booking. We got to boutique Bravo and was told that the booking was with boutique city. Once we got to boutique city, we were told the booking was boutique bravo. After much discussion and debate, it was realize that the booking was with boutique city. Things need to be done with booking clarification as my interpretation would be boutique. Bravo and city hotel is the same.

SO HORRIBLE WE DISNT COMPLETE THE FIRST NIGHT!!! First room was so bad and smelly then they moved up.onto a second room window was blocked no view and boy the moldy smell made me feel.sick. they tried to hide it with strong spray. There was blood stains on the sheet may e bed bugs. I didnt want to find out it was enough we left amd found a other place at 8pm. Beware.....
