Hotel Ipė is a great choice for early travelers. The breakfast starts at 5:45 am, but really it was ready before the official starting time. "Six stars to that"! Both kitchen ladies, just extremely kind!!! If I use the hotel again, will be because of them, and the shuttle drivers attitude. The menu is very good, it includs fruits, cereals, milk, coffee, a variety of breads, with options for you to make your own panini (hot sandwich) "Five stars" The shuttle drivers, the both we had, were very helpful, open, polite, cheerful "Five stars" The receptionists , both (young man and a lady) not very kind. They didn´t act like wanting to help. Almost gave the impression that were unhappy with their job. Like on "Don´t bother me" kind... "Three stars" Maintenance of the hotel was not very good. Both of our room had mini refrigerador not well attached to the wall, so when we tried to open them, they moved from side to side (Rooms 404 on December 31th, and room 311 on January 8th. The elevator were getting stack on January 8th. Very scary :(, even though it happen with a group previous to us using it, so we didn´t go thru the nightmare of being stock in a elevator, untiel help came... "Two stars"

Pros: 24 hr airport shuttle, clean room, hot shower, decent breakfast, price, firm bed. Cons: Rooms are very small and tight, outside noise is a problem, not much in decor. We stayed two nights (one coming, one going) on our mission trip to Sao Paulo. The hotel had given us two numbers to call when we arrived at the airport. Neither were answered. Fortunately, they had given us a WhatsApp number that worked well. The rooms feel like university dorm rooms. You can get some sleep if there is not too much outside noise. The elevator works, but is cramped and requires some manual operation for the door. We just needed a place to sleep for a night. I worked. Don't expect luxury.

If you have an early morning flight, then this hotel will serve you well as it is within fifteen minutes away. However, a long sleeper may find this a challenging environment to rest in as people were constantly coming and going throughout the night. The staff is very helpful with assistance in regards to a taxi. However, I would recommend the hotel take email reservations as well for airport pickup for guest with either limited Portuguese ability or without a Brazilian phone as the shuttle operates as requested and does not have a set schedule for airport pickup.

The Hotel bathroom stinks every time someone on the room above me flushes the toilet. There's no extra toilet paper on the room . You need to ask the staff and they handle to you the toilet paper unprotected. I will never book this hotel again .

Fiquei só uma noite para embarcar em São Paulo. Hotel muito antigo, quarto com uma cama de casal mínima, banheiro velho, quarto mal conservado, elevador mínimo um obeso mórbido não entra café razoável, boa localização. O ponto positivo e que tem transfer para o aeroporto e o motorista é incrível .
