Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

A pousada possui uma estrutura excelente, de resort. Porém peca bastante na limpeza, pelo menos do quarto que ficamos: encontramos barata morta, chão estava arenoso e oleoso. Solicitamos uma limpeza melhor, e a impressão é que aumentaram o nível borrifamento de cheiro (estilo bom ar), porém o chão não ficou satisfatório. Piscina também não estava totalmente limpa.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem em Paraty. A pousada oferece uma excelente infraestrutura e alguns diferenciais que merecem destaque. Apesar de não divulgarem tanto, há um rio passando ao lado da propriedade, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial para quem gosta de natureza e tranquilidade. Mesmo sendo um pouco mais afastada do centro, esse contato com a natureza compensa bastante. Outro ponto muito positivo é o fato de a pousada possuir gerador, algo essencial na região, onde podem ocorrer quedas de energia, garantindo mais conforto e qualidade na hospedagem. Para quem gosta de manter a rotina de atividade física, a academia, apesar de pequena, atende muito bem. As poltronas de massagem também foram um grande diferencial e ajudaram bastante a relaxar depois das trilhas e passeios em Paraty. O café da manhã é excelente, muito completo e bem servido. O quarto em que ficamos era simples, porém confortável e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades, principalmente porque nossa intenção era aproveitar bastante os passeios e as belezas da região.

O quarto era muito barulhento. Barulho da piscina até tarde, mesmo o horário sendo até às 22h e barulho de gerador a noite toda. No entanto, a pousada é maravilhosa. Só longe do centro e ruim para quem está sem carro. O uber não vai até lá , somente as indicações do hotel e mesmo assim é difícil de conseguir.

O Hotel é bonito mas possui alguns pontos para melhorar: - Ter uma pessoa para auxiliar a levar as malas até a acomodação. No meu caso, a acomodação ficava longe da recepção e não tive ajuda para levar as malas; - O meu quarto apresentou problemas com a hidromassagem e com o frigobar que ficava caindo de um lado; - Tive que solicitar a limpeza do meu quarto pois a equipe de limpeza não a fez; - No restaurante, apesar de solicitar claramente o ponto da carne, o prato demorou mais de 40 minutos para chegar e veio no ponto errado. Após mais de 25 minutos esperando o novo prato, tive que reclamar para o gerente e dessa forma ele prontamente me atendeu e me concedeu o prato como cortesia. Esse gerente do restaurante realmente merece um grande destaque por saber como conduzir uma situação crítica e deixar o cliente satisfeito; - No café da manhã o funcionamento responsável por pegar os pedidos não foi cordial e manifestava claramente o seu descontentamento com a função reclamando do trabalho; - O ar condicionado do meu quarto não gelava de forma satisfatória, mesmo deixando no máximo ele era bem fraco para o tamanho do quarto. Gostei do hotel mas esses pontos de deficiência me fazem não querer voltar ou recomendar o estabelecimento para meus amigos. Se eu fosse atribuir uma nota de 0 à 10, daria 5… hotel mediano.
