O hotel infelizmente deixou a desejar em vários aspectos importantes, que, não precisa ser de LUXO até porque pelo valor, da pra ter ciência das coisas, mas precisa minimamente funcionar o que é oferecido. Primeiro que estava um calor de 34 graus e o ar concidionado ficou pingando o TEMPO TODO, tivemos que colocar o balde de lixo com toalhas pra resolver, no outro dia o ar condicionado simplesmente não funcionada e, ao reclamar, não teve ninguém para resolver e não tinham quartos disponíveis para trocas! O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas o problema nem é esse, mas sim a qualidade, pois um pão com ovo tem que ser padrão em qualquer lugar e o ovo mexido estava óleo puro. E por mim a limpeza geral, cabelos em toalhas, alguns cuidados mínimos que demonstram o cuidado com o hotel, por exemplo, uma barata morta no hall ficou o dia todo e a noite toda, nenhum funcionário se dispos a recolher... então de maneira geral, o que se salvou no hotel foi a localização, que fica 10 minutos da ponte da amizade, pra quem pensa em ir para o Paraguai. No geral, a estrutura precisa sim ser revista e reformada.

Excelente hospedagem! A localização é ótima, bem próxima à Ponte da Amizade, o que facilita muito para quem pretende conhecer Foz do Iguaçu e região. Ótima localização, bem próximo a ponte da amizade. Café da manhã excelente, muita variedade. Quarto aconchegante com ar condicionado e banheiro muito bom. Único ponto que ficou a desejar foi que no quarto que fiquei, só tinha uma tomada disponível, ao lado da cabeceira da cama. Poderia ter pelo menos duas ou três tomadas disponíveis no quarto. Fora isso hotel muito bom.
