Pro active and positive staff that helped the luggage upon arrival . Aircon is powerful , infrastructure intact and wifi is strong . Cleanliness is top notch with all necessities provided. Will look forward again when I'm back to Saigon

We were given the wrong room. We booked a family quadruple and were given a triple room which was half the size of the family quadruple. When we questioned the room we were told that they were fully booked. It wasn't until we went back a second time and showed booking email that were given the correct room.
