Staff does not encourage lift usage
Location is great but facilities - not so much. Lift is next door but the staff asked us to use the stairs instead. I'm travelling with my senior parents and iirc I read that this hotel has a lift and that was one of the key reasons I booked this place. Turns out the lift is out of bounds and we had to climb 3 floors every single time except during check in and check out (because we had luggage). Booked a quad room but towels, bottled water and toiletries were only given 2 sets. Requested for cleaning service after
2 nights and the cleaning staff threw away my interdental brushes (I wear braces) but not my ortho toothbrush (I put everything in the cup they provided😑). The brushes ain't cheap and I'm baffled as to how did the staff decide which items are considered 'trash'. Sound insulation is non existent. you could hear noise from the next room. Thank god everyone were generally quiet. The only good things: Quiet neighbourhood, family mart downstairs, near MRT station.
All in all I would not recommend, because of my experience here.
