Odalar gayet temizdi biz deluxe suit oda da konakladık. Şu an için tadilatlar devam ediyor ama hiç problem değil hotel daha da iyi hale gelmeye çalışıyor. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek 40dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz metro ile de sadece 3 durak mesafesi var yine gelsem yine tercih ederim.

Other than the good location and an ok room, this was a very poor experience. The listing advertised a ‘top rated breakfast’ and an ‘arcade/game room’, but breakfast was unavailable and there was no games room. The hotel was also in the middle of major construction works, making it feel more like a building site than a hotel, with intrusive noise from around 8am each morning. Staff were elusive and not attentive. Worse still, the breakfast refund promised at check-in has never been paid, and multiple attempts to contact the hotel have gone unanswered without even an acknowledgement. Poorly managed, poorly communicated, and not as described.

Our stay (21–23 March 2025) was completely overshadowed by major construction works that we were never informed about. The ground‑floor room was right next to the building site, with loud work starting at 7:30 AM on both Sunday and Monday. Wires were left trailing across the floor throughout the hotel, creating clear safety hazards. Our room had also just been painted and was filled with strong fumes, but we couldn’t open the windows because construction equipment was blocking them. The combination of noise, unsafe conditions, and poor air quality made the stay deeply uncomfortable, and we wanted to leave as soon as possible each day. Overall, a very poor experience and not at all what we expected.

Hotellet var under ombygning, hvilket ikke var blevet kommunikeret. Byggerod, håndværkere, ingen adgang til faciliteter eller lignende var nogle af de ting, som vi blev mødt med. L'hôtel est très bien situé, et le personnel est très accueillant, amical et arrangeant (late check-out, consigne bagage, tenue du bar, conseils) mais pour le reste, ce n'était pas une très bonne expérience. Quelques jours avant, j'ai reçu un message WhatsApp d'un service externe avec les références de ma réservation, me demandant une empreinte de carte bleue pour valider ma réservation, sinon elle était annulée sous 12h. Ceci était une arnaque, heureusement que je n'ai pas suivi les consignes. J'ai communiqué avec l'hotel qui m'a dit être désolé, et que le sujet était en discussion avec Expedia. En attendant cela sous entend que toutes les données de réservation et des clients ne sont pas sécurisées et que des fraudes doivent avoir lieu. Arrivé à l'hôtel, il s'avère que l'hôtel est en travaux à partir de 10h du matin tous les jours, ce qui n'est pas gênant pour moi. En réalité, les travaux ont démarré plus tôt (aux alentours de 7h le dimanche). Il serait bien de prévenir les clients avant leur arrivée. L'hôtel propose tout de mêmes des boissons et gâteaux en compensation du dérangement. L'hôtel est très mal isolé, on entend toutes les allées et venues des clients, les voix sur le palier, etc. Bref, sans le souci de l'arnaque WhatsApp, j'aurai mis au moins 3/4 étoiles (bonne situation, personnel top, mais confort sonore et travaux gênants).
