George was great from days bf my check in , he explained every step and even sent me pictures so I wouldn’t get confused, arranged my transfer from the airport. the apartment was huge , clean and has everything and more than you need. It was so close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, main roads, landmarks.. etc George thank you so much to made my stay so much easier. You are the best

Worst experience! We asked if we could check-in if possible since we arrived early because of cruise, We called the number which is at hotels.com. This is what Stefanos said "You have already called more than 10 times" Is this what in your country people do? Do you think I'm a slave? You can cancel your reservation. Then started shouting in other language and cut our call! He didn't listen anything. We never called 10 times, we spoke to 2 or 3 times in between and 3 times call even didn't connect and waiting on road with a 20 month old, just wanted to know if possible or not that's it. It's that there's no response from him. First there's wrong address in there site, we got call from another new number who helped us to get new address and checked us in early. Walked 10min, elevator didn't work on first day. We had to carry all bags 4 floors, hotel guy help with a bag though. Hotel itself is ok.

The apartment is very conveniently located near Acropolis and Plaka - a great base for exploring historical sites. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed. Check in was very quick and easy. The bonus was a wonderful view of the Acropolis from the wrap around balcony. We would happily stay there again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross und hat genug Platz, für eine grosse Familie. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Nur beide Badezimmer sollten saniert werden. Die Wohnung ist super zentral. Vor der tür ist die Tram 2 Stationen nur nach Syntagma. 10 min Fussweg zur Metro Akropoli. Würden es wieder buchen. Die Tafelwand in der Wohnung ist das Highlight

Our stay at ABA was great. Located close to all attractions and dining. The only downside was the traffic noise. The property is located on amain road and there is always traffic rmatter the time of day. Otherwise evetythins was great!

The property was nice and in a good location. Communication was a bit weird (I never met the man that was communicating with me- he sent someone else), and we had to wait outside the apartment building for over 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let us in. This was difficult with small children and luggage. More than that, they were adamant that we had to be out of the apartment promptly at noon. It seemed like a double standard, and was stressful. Overall, though, we enjoyed our trip and loved the location of this property.

Excellent property right next to tourist sites

We booked ABA Boutique Apartments for a 5 night trip to Athens and would definitely recommend. The property is lovely inside, with a proper kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large balcony (overlooking a busy main road and tram stop) and very spacious living and dining rooms. It's just over 5 minutes walk to the acropolis museum and not much further to the acropolis itself. Easily within walking distance of all the main tourist sites, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The hosts were fast to respond to messages in advance of our visit and the check in was very easy on arrival, with someone meeting us at the apartment.

Perfect location ! Close to all the best restaurants, Plaka, markets, and close walk to the Acropolis! Also close to all the rental car companies! Loved the space of the apartment, and all the amenities. Super convenient to have a washer and drying racks with 3 young kids! It’s really nice to have an AC in every single room to cool the space as Athens was very hot during our stay! extra, we had this amazing view of the Acropolis from our balcony! What else can you ask for!?! Highly recommend ! Thanks for our lovely stay! Only great memories of our stay in Athens!

A nice property. About an 10minute walk to the Acropolis. Centrally located. Restaurants nearby. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Airconditioning in every room. Only down side the shower in both bathrooms are very small and the iron and ironing board were old and didn't work well. Otherwise a great property and I would stay there again.

Het is een groot appartement met alles erop en eraan. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer rook een beetje vies toen we aankwamen maar nadat er wat water door het afvoerputje gedaan was was dat over. Badkamer wordt wel erg nat bij het douchen en de fohn zou vervangen moeten worden. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en verschillende restaurants in de omgeving.

Great location. Just off the really touristy area, but easily walkable to everything. Loads of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Not far to subway for airport transfers. Area feels safe to walk around. Unit is clean and private. Comfy bed. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to heat the hot water for half an hour before showering and it doesn't last long. Might be an issue with a group. Overall very happy and would stay again.

A very bad experience

Overall the apartment was spacious, clean and close to the Acropolis. However the area is questionable as during peak times there are many robberies that take place. Professional thieves broke into our locked apartment whilst out to dinner. They stole our passports and possessions. Please take all your valuables and passports as we were due to fly out the next morning.

Lack of support from staff, check in was supposed to be at 2:00 pm, no one showed up nor send any instructions. I message the property thru the app and no one answered, then I found the number and contacted Stefanos thru whatsapp and he said the person in charge didn't knew about my reservation and that someone will show up, I waited 2 hours ! I stayed 2 days in Athens and thinking that my check in was going to be on time I plan my day accordingly, by the time we checked in, and were able to head out we had no much time lef before it got dark outside. This person's lack of empathy and being so careless about the situation got me really disappointed. He just said it was someone else's fault and no one knew about my reservation.
