The Charela Inn staff and the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming! We did have an issue with our AC unit going out but were quickly offered a second room and the manager helped us move our things. The property is well cared for and the beach front is ideal! Decent smaller hotel on 7 mile beach in Negril. The room and grounds were very nice, beautiful beach with lots of palm trees for shade and lots of lounge chairs. We didn’t love the restaurant — had 1 breakfast there and chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of the time but there are lots of good options nearby, especially the jerk chicken place across the street.

Charela Inn is a private owned business, and staying there provides reseources to the people of the country. I loved tue services from the staff, very attentive and professional, yet warm and friendly. The rooms were well serviced daily and the food was on point daily. We stayed in the beginning of October and had a great time. Our family was catered to and we would definitely recommend staying here. Great location along the seven mile beach.
