Hotel 2 Fevrier is a world class hotel with a wonderful pool, restaurants, breakfast, and large room size. It's a place totally apart and away from the city itself -- you could be in NYC or Istanbul while you're here. Sometimes, to get work done, that's helpful, as it was for us.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel itself is very beautiful. I felt very safe as a solo traveler the staff was very attentive and friendly. The only thing I had an issue with is if you’re coming in through the back way, the security is very rude and instead of just asking if you were staying at the hotel, they kind of berate you. That is one thing I feel like the Hotel needs to get better at training their staff to question people better. There shouldn’t be an interrogation just for me to get back to my room. Especially if I’m showing my hotel key. The service is very very slow but the food is good. There is a bit of a language barrier, but everyone was very nice and patient.

Very nice room, friendly and professional staff. I didn't like, that the shuttle bus left because immigration took about half an hour. I contacted the hotel by phone without success and by email without reply. So I ended up having to take a taxi which I wanted to avoid. The hotel was well situated and the lobby and mezzanine floors were modern with ample shopping and dining amenities. Great customer service by concierge - delicious dinner recommendations. The room had a very comfortable bed, super soft down pillows and a beautiful view of downtown Lome. The pool and outdoor dining was excellent but there were not enough cabanas and no umbrellas available to shield guests from the intense heat. But, my big criticism was the spa (that’s why they are getting a lower rating). My massage was rough and characterized by hyper extensions, knuckle popping and jerky head pulling. But my son’s experience was worst - he got large red burns on his leg from his stone massage and instead of comp-ing the massage, the hotel manager only offered an additional spa service early in the morning before we left. Avoid the massage spa services but the rest of the experience was great

The staff was really nice the only problem that i had was I paid for ocean View and it wasn't. It was supposed to be a king size bed and it wasn't I believe it was a queen size. Bathroom counter had not been wiped off and stains on it and on the floor had stains on it dirty spots when I took my shower water was running all over the bathroom floor the water was leaking from the shower on to the floor. But besides all of that the hotel is a very nice hotel I wouldn't mind stand there again the food was excellent and the staff was great!

We stayed for 5 nights in this hôtel. Everything about it was great however the best part is the large food variety in this hotel. We spent the whole time in the hotel and did not even eat out. The cherry on the top is the fact that they had an Iftar buffet for those who were fasting. The only area of improvement for me would to improve the maintenance of the bathrooms. If not they will wear down very quickly. They need to scrub the bath floors really well and the toilet. The waste water from my sink also stagnated for a long time.

Don’t expect 5 star experience: Staff was unfriendly (other than reception) or tried to force me to give large tips for delivering the luggage I wanted to carry myself, but was pressured to accept help. (Bellboy also might be running a money changing scam- be suspicious). - Nighttime Bar service was terrible - staff chatting with each other rather than helping customers. Twice I had to leave my table and walk to the bar to get service. - had to ask 3 times for water for my room. (You have to pay for more than 2 small bottles) - broken lamp fixtures - broken toilet There aren’t many other choices in town, but this is not a 5 star experience, maybe 3 is correct. Food was very good however.
