Average experience, no complaints but not the most convenient in relation to local transit. Appreciated the hostel entrance being gated but it was also hard to find-it’s in the back of the large building pictured and is not well labeled. Free coffee/tea and stroopwafels was a nice added touch

The staff and other guests treated me very warmly and made me feel as though I could ask for help if needed. The resident feline added the extra cosy touch, and having a Lidl on the doorstep is a very convenient and inexpensive alternative to city restaurants.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! I liked that guests were encouraged to leave things they cannot take for use of other guests. The fridge could be cleaned out more often since there was no space and it would be amazing!!! If there was some space to sit down or put down stuff in the women's shower room.

Great staff, i fell sick during one night. The receptionist staff was very helpful, helped me through night. I wanted to personally thank you the staff during checkout, however it was different staff at the desk at that time so i passed my message on them.

Staff is very friendly, a lot of stuff for sale to make your trip more comfortable. I stayed at the pods, it was good, but I was missing a curtain so had to close everything to have some privacy. All in all is a good experience, except from the guy that makes the cleaning, he gets angry if you are where he has to clean, he can't even ask properly to bounce out of where you are to allow him to clean, he's just rude and tells you to get out of there.

The staff was nice. The place was not very clean, but I only got what I paid for so I am fine. Also another guest made a very racist remark about me, which talks about the class of the people staying there.
