予約した部屋からオーシャンビューの部屋に一泊1000000vndでアップグレードを薦められたが交渉したら800000vndに。アップとはいえ小さい窓から海が少し見え設備的には変わらなかった。スタッフの感じは良く周辺はレストラン、ビーチ徒歩圏内で便利。格安に滞在できた。

close to beach, good staff, clean/quiet room.

stayed here one night, it is 1 or 2 street from the Da Nang public beach park. The staff were very friendly, room clean, cold AC. No surprises.

저렴하나 두번은 못갈 호텔

이름이 오사카라서 일본과 관계가 있을까 하고, 청결할 것이라 여겨지고 가격도 저렴해서 예약했는데 청결은 괜찮았다. 직원들은 모두 친절했으나 언어소통에 문제가 많았다. 체크인하는 날 태풍이 왔었는데, 객실에 들어가보니 창문에서 빗물이 다 새서 흥건해서 미끄러질뻔했고, 세면대는 물이 내려가지 않아 직원에게 요청해서 수리를 받았다. 수압은 괜찮았고, 침대 매트리스는 생각보다 괜찮았다. 작은 호텔임에도 에어컨이 있어서 시원했다. 4박하는 동안 정전이 여러번 되서 더워서 힘들었고, 분명 조식포함으로 결제를 했는데, 조식이 제공되지 않았다. 조식 서비스 자체가 없었다. 해변에서는 가까워서 수영복 차림으로 가기 좋았고, 미케비치 북쪽 모래보다 모래 상태는 더 좋았다. 택시 이용시 주소를 말해도 잘 몰라서 홀리데이호텔로 위치를 설명하고 택시를 타고 다녔다. 주변에 아침 식사를 할 수 있는 식당들이 있어서 다행히 조식은 잘 해결할 수 있었고, 로컬 음식점과 까페가 맛이 좋았다.

It was horrible experience. The new owner is a liar and over promise. Staff are not helping. Everything we asked they don't have. It is worse than a guess house.

ビーチに近いが

ワンベッドの狭い部屋で、フロントも廊下もエレベーターもスタッフも暗かった。 朝食付だったのに、翌朝レストランに行ってみると無人。 フロントに問い合わせたら「病気でダウンして調理人が来れない、従って朝食もない」とのこと。 安いから仕方ないけど、写真と口コミを信じていったので、何か違う・・・違うホテル来た？と思ってしまった。 徒歩圏内には安くてうまいレストラン（屋台風）あり、助かりました。

음...저렴하니 뭐..

미케바다와 가깝다는 장점이있네요....걸어다닐 수 잇는 저렴하다.. 근데 창문이 없어서 곰팡이 냄새가... 지도보고 중심지인줄 알았는데 조금 외각이라보시면 돼요 근처에 유명식당가...람뭐시기랑 스테이크유명한곳.. 롯데마트도 멀지않네요~~

周辺がまだまだ作りかけの歯抜けな中の新築ホテルでした。 そのためか、近所の工事現場の音がよく聞こえました。 ビーチまで１分。 一人旅には十分です。 一回電気が飛んで、真っ暗になるハプニングがありましたが、対応は早かったです。

Hard To Imagine!!!

We check in and a staff open the door for us ,a female staff having a sleep and jumped out from the bed ~ should be a house keeper because we saw her clean area at the next day. The washroom didn't clean up, chairs and table full of dust, slippers were dirty as someone used.

New Hotel Excellent Staff Fantastic Breakfast

Brand New Hotel with awesome staff. Definite return. Fantastic Vietnam Breakfast. Quiet at night, Beach across the road. Did I say how great the staff are ? You must go here. Many Food options nearby, local market loads of fresh fruit etc. 20min walk, best beach area for public access.

Not recommend

When we arrived the staff open the door, one of the female housekeeper just out from the bed (should be having late lunch sleep) . Washroom didn't clean up , table and chairs full of dust, I needed to clean up by my selves.

A so affordable hotel in a luxurious area

The Osaka Hotel is quite a comfortable small hotel of modest means, maybe 200 yards or less away from the famous My Khe Beach. If you need luxury, go to one of the many hotels in the neighbourhood; if you are satisfied with cleanliness, a great pho in the morning, a large bed and larger than usual shower cubicle in addition to the always friendly attitude by everyone, then this hotel is a good choice. The room prices are amazingly low, less than what you usually pay for breakfast alone in one of the "others". It was a good and definitely surprising find.

New hotel on a no name street.

Finding this place was the worst part because the in Hotels.com app map location took me to a different location. It is within rock throwing distance to the beach. Brand new hotel. I had issues getting the hot water to come on. I'm not sure if that was a hot water tank somewhere but there was no wall heater. Breakfast was a good bahn mi with egg. I paid $10usd a night here and the people were really kind.

Unprofessional staff

Horrible. I can talk about it all day. Here's to making it short. Stayed for 6 nights, no toilet paper were ever filled I ended up buying my own. Room had used wrappers, boxes and socks that were missed in cleaning. We were charged for the sheets and the thin mattress under the sheets due to a juice spill that they couldn't clean out. Left jackets in the front and came back for them the next morning and money in the pockets were stolen. 3million dong. Asked to review cameras and they were calling around for times we left it there as no one remembered. As they were reviewing it, you can see the nervousness in one of the person and he started to point fingers and said it was the 2 house keepers and I asked who cleans this floor and who was here this morning and it was him. He acted as a fool thinking we are stupid. We wanted to review the camera ourselves but "it was too blurry to tell who it was" at this point we are all fuming and didn't get any information as it was getting tossed around. Upon checkout they said we were missing hangers and wanted us to pay, I told them Open all out luggage and look for them as we were only given 5. He let this one slide. Nice size room and bright since its new, non trusting staff and unhelpful for the missing money as we know it's 100% staff.

Tou can see the view of sea!!

It was good, but it was pity any service. Such as a laundry seevice, about tour map and so on. I could know that all staff always try to the best. Normally i was satisfied with this Hotel. Because I'm not a picky so I could stay comfortable. If you go to Da Nang city, and want to find a quite place, this hotel is good for you. I'm sure.
