I had to go back to reception for my keyx They forgot to ask me to pay the taxe and I had to go back to the reception. The swimming pool is nice like a private pool, we were only 4 Clubs are ok but line up without any reason just to show up nice view from the room on higway

the hotel room offers a bathtub, one of the main reasons I made the booking. on arrival, I opened the water tap to see yellow dirty water coming from the tap. I informed the staff, and after a few hours, they called me as I was out of the room, to say that they had fixed the issue. I used the bathtub, and after I got out of the water, I realized that there was a lot of black debris at the bottom, which I later found to be rust particles. This caused me a skin infection and ruined my whole trip, I had to take a lot of medication and visit the doctor, to soothe the rash and burning on my skin, I could not go out and sightsee and enjoy my time for a whole week. it is disappointing for such a hotel not to have proper maintenance. I was left with both pain and horrible memories for my trip.

Amazing!!!

Amazing! Futuristic hotel, love the sci-fi rooms. Super cool! Most friendly staff! Amazing location, next to La Perle theater and many restaurants and shops! Incredible, I will definitely stay again. Zoco Mexican restaurant inside the hotel is amazing too! And La Perle show was an absolutely mind-blowing performance!! A must-see!

Gute Lage von der man schnell alles erreichen kann. Sehr große, stylische Zimmer. Große Frühstücksauswahl. Mein Zimmer war zur Autobahn gelegen. Die hat man ein bisschen gehört, ist aber halt der sehr guten zentralen Lage geschuldet. Es hat mir dort gut gefallen und ich würde wieder hingehen.

Great styling, lovely welcome, terrible music.

We loved the vibe of the hotel- although it was a bit of an assault on the eyes! Lots of lines and mirrors and sparkly floors. Our only non positive feedback was that the music was ridiculously loud around the pool area. I get that if it's full of people on a friday night it needs to be, but on a regular evening (or first thing in the morning!) it was prohibitive to even talking! And most of the time there were literally 3-4 people. A couple of times we would have had another bottle of wine and enjoyed the evening sun, but the music was unbearable. Not a nice atmosphere to relax in.
