I didn’t really like this hotel although the bed was good. There is frequently no one on reception and no one there speaks any language except Vietnamese so impossible to communicate. There was hot water. Several things in bathroom were not intact

Located just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and near many food and convenience stores.The room had a kitchen and seating area and large wet room bathroom.Daily housekeeping did a good job.Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the price.Would stay again.

Near My Khe beach

The location is very near to the beach. There is a shop selling local products next to the hotel. Enjoy drinking coffee and eating Banh Mi which is just 20 steps away from the hotel. Famous number one seafood restaurant recommended by local tour is just 50m from the hotel. Overall stay at the hotel is good!

다시는 가고싶지 않은 호텔

사진빨.. 오래된 호텔에 페인트만 칠해져있고 개미ㅠ 샤워기 고장. 허접한문. 하루만 예약하길 천만다행.3시간자고 서둘러 나옴. 애들을 이런데 데리고간 내가 원망스러움. 아무리 저렴하지만 이건 아님. 여행가면 잠만 자고 나오는 일정이라 숙소 신경 별로쓰지않는데 잠조차 찜찜해서 편히 못잠. 단한가지 장점은 직원들 친절 조식은 9시까지 쌀국수와 빵중에 고르라함

호텔이 아니라 레지던스..이므로 방 크기는 적당합니다. 욕실 배수가 잘 안 됐고, 주방 청결 상태는 별로.. 바퀴벌레 발견 후 사용안함. 1박만 하길 잘 했다 생각함. 영어가능 스탭이 없고 서비스 마인드 부족함.

Great modern hotel and lovely staff

Hotel was in a good location right by the sea with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Only a 30 minute walk into the city - the dragon bridge is a must see and breaths fire on a Sat and Sun at 9pm! The room itself was fantastic; we were given a suite with a kitchen and dining area and it was very clean and modern. The staff were also very polite and friendly. At night the shutters are closed over the entrance, so if you get back late and need to get in just ring the bell or knock on the gate and the security guard will let you in. I would definitely stay here again. :)

总体来说不到一百块人民币的价钱，你也别指望有多好的房间环境，对的起这个消费。前台对中文不识，但门卫大爷识得讲一口纯正的粤语，广东顺德人。适合背包客的入住，玩累了有个床睡觉。早餐一般是越南米粉还不错。

친절한 매니저와 직원들, 안전하게 지낼수 있는 보안요원, 해변 가까이 위치해 있어 산책하기도 좋고 힐링하는데 최고, 주변에 현지식당이 많으며 한국식당도 호텔 바로 길건너편에 있음, 한국마트도 걸어서 갈만한 곳에 있어 두달간 지내면서 불편함없이 지냄,다음 방문시에도 꼭 이용하려함,

We stayed for 1 night, location is ok, it's away from the main areas but is closer to the beach. Would need a taxi to get into town but there is a street in front with a lot of food (walkable) facilities were ok, can't really complain for what you are paying it's a nice clean comfortable bed with air con. We booked a car to Hue from the front desk but the information provided was all over the place. This ticked us off abit but like I said can't expect much. You can hire motorbikes if you prefer to roll around town.

The apartment was relatively clean, although the hotel can do a bit more on pest control for the kitchen. I suspect I saw a cockroach inside the cabinet. The apartment was well portioned-- especially considering the price charged. It is close to restaurants and beach.

Didn't get the room we had booked and paid for...

We booked an apartment and when we arrived we were given a small damp room instead. So I went back to reception, only to be told that the person in the apartment that we had booked wanted to stay an extra night, so the hotel let them have our room! Totally unacceptable as we had booked the room and already paid for it. When we did get the apartment the next day, it was ok but it had damp patches on the walls in places and the bedroom windows did not shut properly. The kitchen is basically a sink and a single ring portable plug in hob, so you can only cook with one saucepan.

Very poor service.

Two biggest concerns here were service and cleanliness. I'll start with the cleanliness. Everything in the kitchen was sticky from not having been cleaned properly. The hotplate (more on that later) was covered in dirt. Their was a foul smell emanating from the bathroom as well. Now, the service... The dirty hotplate I mentioned, did not work. So, I brought it down to the desk to have it replaced. First off, the young lady working there would not take my word that it wasn't working and seemed skeptical. Well, it didn't work. She then said they would send up another one. So far, no real problem. 20 minutes later, no hot plate, so I went back to the desk. She then told me that they didn't have any spares, and offered no other solutions. When I asked if she could not simply just take one from an empty room, she seemed not to think that it was acceptable to do that. I insisted, and finally got the plate, which incidentally, I needed because the room doesn't have a kettle, so you have to boil water old style. The name of the game with hotels is service, this place failed.

Clean and comfortable

Really good price for this new hotel, lots of space in the room,clean and comfort pillow and bed. kitchen inculde, nice service, and good location,3 mins walk to beach side. 十元美金訂的這個新酒店，一房一廳，有餐桌跟廚房，床很大和枕頭被子乾淨又舒服，服務員很友善，地點很好，三分鐘走到海邊，太超值了。

We booked 3 day and stay a week

Our suite had a kitchen and extra dining room. That was really great since we were sick of eating out all the time and wanted some home cooking. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, salt and sugar, and cleaning supplies. Staff tries to help with some staff being helpful and other weren't. We still got things done. The hotel has many seafood restaurants, pho, and rice restaurants (Com Tam being my favorite) a block away. We extended our stay at the hotel by another 4 days since it is so convenient and the ambience is so laid back. Da Nang feels really safe and convenient for tourist.
