We loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family of four. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly (we were in Florence with temperatures in upper 90s in fahrenheit). The location was convenient to various sites, restaurants, etc. In addition, there were thoughtful welcome boxes, and we loved how the place was decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Very conveniently located, tons of restaurants around. Staff is great. All the extra touches (robes, slippers, maps, restaurant recommendations, extra drinks in the fridge, little teddy bear soap for my toddler, etc.) are awesome. Breakfast included at near by restaurant is great too. Overall best hotel we've stayed at in Italy. There's a carousel 5 mins walk away that my toddler loves also.

Absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable apartment on a quiet,14th century street just blocks from Ponte Vecchia, shopping, and everything you could want to see and experience in Florence. This place is incredible. It’s a walk up apartment, so you need to climb some steps—and it is absolutely worth it. Best place we have ever stayed. Love.

What an INCREDIBLE stay at the Canto. From the moment we arrived Marco greeted us and showed us to a beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom luxury apartment for my family of 5 to spend 3 magical days and nights in Florence. The location is exceptional, the units are roomy and clean, and you can be anywhere in the city within a few minutes walk. I cannot recommend this place more. One drawback is there is no lift as it is a historic building but for us that wasn’t a problem. Marco is THE BEST!

Perfect Apartment and Location

This apartment was really fantastic. It is walkable to everything and in a great location. It was clean and roomy enough to accommodate our family of 5, with room to spare. The perfect Florence apartment!

I will definitely return to Canto degli Scali on my next trip to Florence. Marco was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when I made an error in my reservation date. The property is beautiful. I have stayed in two of the apartments and found them both to be extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. The bedding and linens were so comfortable. I wanted to sleep in each day :-) The location was just perfect, as it is only a block away from all of the shopping and very close to the city center. It was also an ideal location because it was not in the middle of the city, which ensured that it was quiet in the evenings. There is a lovely restaurant directly across from the property where we had many perfect dinners. I could not recommend the property enough!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service. The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage. There was no parking provided but the host was able to guide us at the time of the booking that there is a secure parking garage only minutes away from the apartment, which we booked independently (for 40 Euros a day). We parked our car there for the entire stay and explored Florence by foot/public transport for the two days were there. There was no iron in the room but the host was able to provide one upon request. The host was available to answer any queries at all times and was very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay.
