Our Memorable Visit in Lexington

From the moment we arrived until we checked out we had an absolutely amazing stay at The Georges! Everything was top shelf. Our Room was gorgeous in a wonderfully historic building on the Main Street in Lexington, VA. It was close to all the historic sites we came to experience!

Loved the staff upon checkin, prosecco was delightful, breakfast choices good, bed cozy, shower delightful, well appointed room, lots and lots of stairs if you are on top floor- not a problem for me but could be for someone who does Not read all about the hotel property.

Super cute inn in the heart of downtown Lexington. Very well decorated and quaint with a great bar and restaurant attached plus a restaurant across the street. Good food and great craft cocktails with attention to detail. Outdoor dining space with heaters as well. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

This is a wonderful, historic property, perfect for a special occasion get-away. The rooms are each unique, the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is lovely with a nice size shower, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I want to visit the Lexington area.

This is a beautiful property in wonderful historic buildings. Beautifully decorated and furnished with one if the most comfortable beds we have slept in while traveling! While our room was not that large, it still had wonderful amenities and was extremely comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing is that the restaurant and bar at the hotel is closed on Sundays, but everything is walking distance so we found another place to dine at.

5-star property, facilities and service. What a great surprise - rooms and bathrooms were large and outstanding. Heated floors in bathrooms, fireplaces and multiple flat screens. Taps was a great restaurant and we appreciated the breakfast was included in the price. Parking and location were outstanding. Beautiful and historic property, wonderful people top to bottom!

This is such a charming hotel. Breakfast being included is delightful. Our room was so lovely. Only negative is that our tv never worked. Someone came up to help us with it, it worked for a minute and then stopped.

Updated historic gem of a hotel

This is a gem of a hotel in a quaint, historic town. Loved how they've kept some of the historic features, while updating the bathroom and providing wonderful beds/pillows and bedding. The included breakfast was made to order and the on-site restaurant did not disappoint. I highly recommend The Georges.
