The room was nice and clean however the TV did not work or connect and even after calling the office it was never fixed. There was a very loud party outside until well after 4am the night we stayed with yelling and loud music so it was difficult to sleep with nothing to even drown out the noise.

Floors were not mopped, no actual hand towels (we were given wash clothes for hand towels. No ironing board or iron. No breakfast of anykind. Staff at check in leaves at ten and arrive the next morning at ten. We would not recommend this place if you prefer cleanliness. The only plus was the staff was very friendly....

Upset Customer

The room appeared to be clean. However, there were no towels in the room . No blanket or Bed spread on the bed. They only had a fitted sheet , a flat sheet and the pillow cases. The fitted sheet had a big blue stain on the left side. We were on Rm 126, my friend in Rm 230, also had no blanket and No bedspread, but she had 1- towel. My husband went to the front desk and got 2- bath towels and 3- wash clothes . Since it has been extremely hot and humid we did not have a need for a blanket . However, about an hour after checking out I received a phone call from the hotel asking me for the Blanket and Bedspread. My husband and I explained that we never got them but he said that his housekeeper has been there for 2 years and never had an issue. My husband told him that when he asked the front desk for towels the manager on shift (Wednesday, August-2-2023 in the afternoon), the lady apologized and told him that the housekeeper is a new person. I feel insulted and very upset. This was our First and VERY LAST time that we stay with Extended Stay !!

I asked for clean towels and the employee at the front desk was too busy talking on his personal phone. Then informed me that there were no clean ones because there was no housekeeping on the weekends. But 10 minutes later when I was coming back down the steps he was going upstairs with a handful of clean towels for other people. Quiet time is not quiet time there are kids that run up and down the hallways all night long doesn't help when you have a 3-year-old trying to sleep.

That was a big hole and a wall behind the main door and dead roaches and real roaches crawling all over the place bathroom and in the main room and they didn't have a night attended readily available.
