Horrible long lines with the check in. Really unhelpful white lady at the frontdesk. Parking ticket payment does not work at the hotel. Sane as the elevator.

Not far from Metro/Tram stops to go to the Heart of Paris. Though the nearby area gives an impression of unsafe, there is no problem to walk at night to the hotel. Inside the hotel, its all Ibis Budget standard, so value for money.

The customer service was poor, the mattresses were not comfortable , and we witnessed an argument between a homeless person and the security guard. The absence of luggage storage and the presence of homeless people in the area were major drawbacks.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
It was nowhere near Montmartre.
It was dirty, the towels smelt rotten so unusable.
No air con but so noisy from road had to keep windows closed.
Very unsafe area. Felt very vulnerable walking from Metro
Booked 2 nights but checked out after one night as was so bad.
Would not recommend.

It’s the Ghetto
We did not stay and would advise others not to. The area is unsafe. We checked out as quick as we had checked in.
Told hotel and they were not interested and would not refund

This place cannot be called Hotel. It was more like a dormitory or hostel. Rooms are very small and inconvenient. There is no ventilation at all, feel suffocated. Have to keep window open all the time. There are no basic amenities in the room.
Area is very bad, feels very unsafe.

Overall good
Overall it is a good, clean hotel with great staff. The only issue was that we paid for breakfast and arrived at 8 ish with lots of time until breakfast was over, there was only cereal, bread, cheese, ham and croissants and when we asked about eggs etc the staff member said there were none left and no more eggs had been delivered. My little girl only wanted a boiled egg.

Not so clean, located in a "poor" area, staff was nice, breakfast was convenient.
Had to make our own 3rd bed.

It is a budget hotel, bed was comfortable, shower is setup weird, had to stand in the hallway to get dressed, I traveled with my grown children. Lots of homeless people hanging around near the hotel although they didn't bother us. Its a rough part of the city. The hotel people helped the best they could. Skip the breakfast, not worth the $10. The milk was left out so long, it was warm. The hotel was clean and we had fresh towels each day. We used Bolt and the subway. Taxi's are supper expensive. Bolt is like uber, just download the app. They usually only accept cash.. There were a few night we had loud neighbor's but that's not the hotels fault..Safe travels...

The area around the property did not feel particularly safe at night (although it probably looks worse than it is). It also has very limited facilities for eating, and the space in the room is virtually non-existent. Only for real budget travellers.

In the morning, the water from the shower was cold. I had to wait until later each morning, for the water to be hot enough to take a shower. And too, the sink in the room did not drain properly.
However, despite what others have said, I had no problems with the window, which sealed properly and kept out most noise.
The staff were all fairly friendly.
One other thing - the hotel was more than a kilometre away from the nearest Metro station, and you had to walk through quite a rough area to get to it, with quite a few homeless people and druggies.
