Very convenient location and helpful staff. But when they say “budget,” they’re not kidding. Toilet had a light with a sensor that turned off after 3 seconds, so we had to dance around in the toilet to keep the light on. And the room was small even by European standards; there was nowhere to move around in the room or open luggage. Note that there are NO power outlets in the room except by the TV; none anywhere close to the bed so if you want to keep your phone by you or you use a CPAP machine you are out of luck. Also the bed rattled. But overall it was not bad. And the staff were very nice. Just don’t expect too much.

I give the staff 5 stars but the hotel couldn’t even offer water or a spoon !!! I know it’s Switzerland and everything is expensive but a little cup of water, really?!! Breakfast was ok, No amenities whatsoever. Stay next door at Novotel that’s where we had to go every night to their restaurant, great amenities and atmosphere.
